Situated within walking distance from central Grecia, the accommodation is located in a beautiful and tranquil estate. Modern independent apartment with everything needed for short to medium stay. We stayed during the worst rain event in recent history so we were stuck in the room most of our trip and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had to change dates due to road outages and they were very helpful. They brought us warm muffins one day and were always asking how they could help. Even in the rain, the view was so pretty. Every time the rain let up, even if only for a few minutes, you could start to see the birds and butterflies and one very funny squirrel. The bed was comfortable and even with the dampness of the weather, there was no musty smell, which in CR is really something. The room was so clean and smelled so fresh. Now the highlight of our day was the breakfast! Different every day and fresh and really yummy! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Even the owner came out every morning to chat and ask how he could help with our day. I highly recommend this place and would love to return when it’s sunny!!! lol

We landed in SJO late and wanted a place close to airport. We were able to arrange pick up for small price from our hostess Adriana. She found us immediately! In the morning Blanquita and Adriana serve us a delicious typical CR breakfast. Later they assisted in getting tickets to Poas volcano and Adiana drove us and waited while we hiked and took pics. She later drove us to downtown market for lunch and shopping.

We had a perfect stay at Victorias House. The staff at Victorias House were super helpful, attentive and gave us not only the best welcome, but also the best care and service. Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The raised garden house gives wonderful views across to San Jose and the lights at night, also sunrise over the mountains. Great patio, lovely hosts.

At first, the accommodations were not what we were used to, but Leo and Rosa were superb hosts! They were very knowledgable about the environment and surrounding community. Everywhere we went our guides would speak so highly of them. We found poisonous frogs on our night tour and many native birds in the morning including three different types of toucans! They made excellent recommendations about tours. The breakfast was amazing! The best of our stay in. Costa Rica! Overall, we had a fantastic stay.
