Our Sissy suite was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was awesome and did absolutely everything to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The breakfast was amazing: it included everything one could wish for and the service was top notch. Highly recommended: it is worth that little extra to reserve a suite, like the Sissy - it's unforgettable.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING! They served the freshest croissants I have ever had in my life. Large assortment of food. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and roomy. Room #311 has a great view of the Alpspitze, Waxenstein and Kramer-Amazingly beautiful! Great location, too! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Location, spotless clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. A couple of minutes away from the lift, and a couple of minutes away from the center both on foot. Ski bus stop is just in front

The location was perfect , walking distance to the city and train . The balcony and the view are absolutely beautiful. Free parking. They even helped us accommodate our switch in dates which was super nice ( due the weather change ) Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious

Our vacation, accommodation and the ski area were awesome. We totally appreciated efforts of the staff. Our room was very well designed and the facilities were good enough for us. Breakfast and small details are on top. So I would like to thank once again to all of you. Hope to come again

The staff were extremely kind and very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Special thanks to Ibrahim and Cesar — they were incredibly kind to us. Whenever we needed anything, we simply sent a WhatsApp message and they responded immediately. The place itself is amazing, with a beautiful view of the mountains, and it is very close to the cable car. The location is absolutely perfect. Everything was excellent — the bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room were all perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

The breakfast buffet was very good with eggs, breads, fruits, juices and coffee. Barbara the owner was very hospitable and friendly. In the old section of Garmish with clean facilities. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed in the apartment and loved the beautiful views. Although we don’t speak German, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast! They didn’t skimp on the towels.

I cannot rate the staff since I never met anyone. A few light bulbs & light switches did not work. We were warned not to flood the bathroom floor because it would trigger an automatic shutdown of all house water. The shower does leak some, which allowed some water onto the floor on the toilet side of the shower I recommend sealing it. The apartment door key must have been new because it was very difficult to insert & remove it. The rented linens did not fit the beds. Inadequate # of towels. There was no kitchen towel to dry items used & cleaned. The balconies were great, though not very clean.
