Accommodations in Marburg an der Lahn

Fabulous dining, food was delicious great service. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and neat. You can take buses easily and the beautiful church and castle is near from the apartments. Also, there are many restaurants around there. The staffs were really kind. They took care of my luggages because I arrived earlier than the check-in time. Thanks to them I was able to look around the old town.

Everything was absolutely amazing

The hostel is situated right at the Hauptbahnhof with plenty of shops and transportation options around. The rooms are big, spacious and very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are very clean as well and fully equipped. The reception area is stocked up with snacks and other important items. Check-in is automatic and the staff are very friendly! ☺️ 10/10 recommended :))

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Hotel Stumpelstal. It had a lovely country feel, yet was conveniently located to Marburg which was a joy to explore. Coming 'home' to a quiet garden area and enjoying a refreshment at the end of the day was a bonus. Also, the staff were lovely.

We booked a room with no bathroom; the shower and toilet were separate and shared. It was okay, but not ideal, but that's on us, not on the property. The Restaurant Emil's associated with the property, though, was excellent. Friendly service (they didn't have a table, but brought our food to us in our room). The food was delicious!

Great location, clean room and good view

Great hotel with lots of history, located within walking distance of Marburg`s old town.

The staff was great. The mattress was absolutely incredible and the blinds provided extra darkness while sleeping. The location is central without being in right next to the central station. You can take one stop from the station or walk to the hotel.

Nice staff, free parking. 10 minutes down to train station.

Roland, the hotel manager, was very friendly and helpful. I came to stay here in my first day in Germany to study as an international student and on top of the regular excellent service, he provided me with the essential information to ease my transition to Germany. The hotel itself was right in the heart of Marburg. There was many restaurants and supermarkets within 1-2 minutes of walking distance. The facilities in the hotel was also very clean and the common kitchen area was quite big and was a very good place to socialize with the other current residents. If you are looking for price/performance along with very good service I recommend the place!

This was a great location for us. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the full breakfast in the morning. The staff was really nice.

Location matters to me. It’s was very convenient to the place I had workshops. Very unique and cozy style of interior. I very mix loved the fact that there is a small kitchen with all necessary kitchen equipment. Nice staff and support.

The unit is small but very cozy. The beds were super comfortable and everyone slept very well. There was no street noise or noise from anything else. The location is just about perfect for exploring the city.

- Amazing location. The area is idyllic and filled with timber frame homes. Plenty of stores are within walking distance, as are a lot of sights to see. - The host was very communicative and friendly. When I had questions he was quick to reply. - The TV worked well (just since I see a lot of reviews saying otherwise!) It’s a relatively easy to use Smart TV. - WiFi worked well. I was working remotely while staying here and had no problems.

The jr suite was very spacious with great functionality. Location very close to the alt stadt, staff very knowledgeable and welcoming.

Very nice place with great location. There is a fair amount of outside noise which is no uncommon given the great location close to the old town center. Would let people know they should take the Parkhaus elevator to 12 then go across walkway to next elevator to Oberstadt.
