Accommodations in Glasbury

Beautiful building and room, in a country setting. It's as beautiful as the pictures. The lodge was originally a train station and stables. The host was very pleasant and gave us advice on things to see. Great breakfast, highly recommend Black Mountain Lodge.

The room was very comfortable with plenty of space in a nicely designed room. We enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfast. The staff was fantastic.

Stunning sense of atmosphere and great grounds

The staff was exceptional. James was delightful, as was everyone we interacted with. No request was too big, and they always went out of their way to meet any and all request. The restaurant was top of the line! The chef prepared our Hereford steaks perfectly. The beds were comfortable. (Kudos for a working towel warmer) The location was walkable to everything in town. Truly wonderful experience.

Perfect location. lovely host and amenties all provided. Sandwiches were just what was needed after a long hike!

The pub was cheerful and the owners, Andy and Sally, were fabulous. Such a wam and friendly atmosphere.

I loved the location of the cottage, it was super cosy with lovely decor, the bed was super comfy and the wood burner in the lounge was excellent ! Lovely garden and great location . I would definitely look to book again as the location is excellent and just all round lovely accomodation. Thank you .

comfortable and clean. had pretty much everything a casual traveller might need -- including the sorts of things that one might forget to take for a short stay like oil, salt, coffee -- even some biscuits. thanks!

This is a busy area with a lot of natural beauty. The host spent a lot of time with us upon arrival and before departure. He knows a lot about the history of the area. The hostel had canoe rentals, table tennis, games and more to do (I did not see a pool table?). The room had 6 bunk beds and we slept well. The kitchen was furnished. We made coffee and tea in the morning. I had a good piece of coffee cake from the cafe and the gas station around the corner has really good baked goods.

Perfect location, quiet, great facilities, super dog and family friendly.

Unique and brilliant at all levels, we will book again.
