Perfect location, right by the beach. Nice restaurant, where breakfast is served looks right at the sea. Room very spacious with jacuzzi on the terrace which overlooks the sea. On the beach free chairs, umbrellas, sun-beds. Almost like a private beach with very few people around. Staff - extremely helpful and friendly, especially Teona, who made our stay most pleasant. Totally recommend.

It was an excellent apart-hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room for three guests. The staff were exceptionally polite, courteous, cheerful, and welcoming. This is probably the best place you can have on the coast in Georgia. The location is a perfect balance between proximity to Batumi (~30 min taxi ride), Kobuleti's amenities (shops, restaurants), and the sea itself. The accommodation itself is also very nice (it's new, has everything listed, etc.). And most importantly – the host is the real example of Georgian hospitality.

Everything was okay. Very nice hostess. Hotel itself is good, nothing to complain. There is a mini kitchen on each floor so you can cook or make a coffee/tee if required. An in-house restaurant on the 1st floor, ready to offer you the breakfast or dinner. Location is not in the city center but okay, right in front of the park, so the fresh air is guaranteed. Big parking. Pet friendly.

The hotel was perfect. For this price, it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is noteworthy that despite not being Georgians, they still tried their best to communicate in Georgian, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
