He lived in Russia for many years and speaks Russian fluently. He is born and bread local man and well known and well respected by everyone in Kobileti. He looks very well after all his guests and tries to accomodate all there requests. His property is always rented by the same families every year. Koba himself is ver good cook, so if you like Georgian food he can help you with Xachapuri and Xinkali. Koba loves Fishing. He has a small boat on the sea and often brings fresh fish straight from the sea. For fish lovers there are plenty local fishman and you always can buy fresh fish early morning in local beach. Koba is specialist in air conditioning system so be sure you will not be hot in summer months.

The Three Pines ia a Beautiful modern New build property in most prestigious area of Kobuleti, Fichvnari, overlooking the Black Sea. Fichvnari is famous for its large lush greenery with mature old pine, eucalyptus and magnolia trees, bushes, flowers and fresh green grass. This apartment has one single bed and one sofa bed in room. Total 3-4 people can happily stay in this flat. All flats have large smart TV, modern air conditioning systems, super fast internet and all necessary kitchen, bedroom and living room furnitures. This property is a new build 2024 and all guests stayed this year were extremely happy with flats and facilities. Three Pines is a beach front guest house in Phichvnari, Kobuleti, close to beach/sea , park and bars and restaurants. During Soviet era Fichvnary was famous with its world class hotels such as Iveria, Intourist and private residences for top government officials. Local People are very friendly with tourist and consider themselves lucky and proud to be able to host people all over world in their homes. Most people speak Russian fluently and younger generation speaks English. Batumi is only 20 mnts drive from Kobuleti and there are buses, trains to get there if you do not drive. Tennis court is free municipal and located on promenade approximately 15 mnts walk from property. It had free lights for evening games. Thera are superb tennis courts at Georgian palace hotel but you have to pay for it, also walking distance from Propery.
