Beautiful views, lovely and clean room

Room was absolutely excellent and gorgeous. Completely underrated property.

Love the friendly service as well as the meals and room delivery, this made our stay even more relaxing and didn’t have to leave the room to go out for meals.

We have stayed at Snapper/Napier top 10 holiday park 4 times, and each stay have been tops.

Location, car parking, restaurants, friendly staff, timely servicing of room.

Comfortable beds nice room all amenities a family requires. Beautiful views brilliant All Staff and team that operate the East Pier are absolutely sensational.

Amazing ocean sea views from our balcony!

Very roomy, well appointed and in a great location i.e. handy to cafes, bars, a few shops. Lovely outlook to the sea. Very clean and comfortable beds. Appreciated the fans because it was hot!! Good value for money.

Well first off the absolute best thing is the location. It is literally on the waterfront across from the beach and walking distance from a bunch of shops and restaurants. The room was large for the price and had a whole sit down tub and not just a shower, which I think was the only one I seen during my whole 10 days. There's an indoor heated swimming pool that unfortunately I didn't have the time to try. There is a relatively cheap breakfast buffet (about $15 USD). Tons of on site parking that they didn't charge for and I didn't have to bother with putting something on my dash, which was great after days of hiking and my legs/ankles being beat. It was cold in NZ when I went but the temperature control in the room worked like a charm.

Social hostel, cubicles offered good privacy and although "mixed" form it was all female. Stored by bag after check out. Would visit again.

I stayed in a garden room at Kennedy Park with my mum on a recent trip. It was easily located, check in was simple and easy to find our room, with car park, opposite the pool. We only stayed one night but the accom was clean and adequate with a kettle, fridge and microwave for snacks.

Loved the location and art deco theming

Stunning location and awesome location. Just a quick walk across the road and you are able to walk along the beautiful Napier promenade along the beachfront. Lovely Indian restaurant just 2 minutes' walk away.

Exceptionally well. Fantastic room with well and tidy bedding. Entire set up of the room was just beyond expectation. The room service was excellent and the receptionist was just amazing and we like her character

Great central location, beautiful clean rooms

This lovely apartment was a perfect place to spend our time in Napier. Tania has thought of everything down to the littlest detail. We felt at home and wished we were staying longer. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fantastic and has pretty much everything one would need. Definitely worth the cost.

Over the top luxury and opulence in excellent location

Location. Also having the living room and kitchen area.

Very clean, the room size was very comfortable for two of us, the location just a mitres of the hotel and there’s is a lot of parking in the street, we really enjoyed it those few days staying at the quest apartments.
