It was beautiful! The great room is incredible, our room was massive and comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the grounds were gorgeous!

The location was great! Check-in and access was easy. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. Would be perfect for multiple people traveling together, as the bathroom had a private toilet room, and private shower rooms. On-site parking was also a bonus!

Best place to stay in Montrose. The apartment is lovely and so close to everything. Spacious, clean and quiet. Free parking outside. Our second time staying, we won't stay anywhere else in Montrose now.

The Udny Arms Hotel was a real gem! The building itself was beautifully renovated, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We were met by Rob when we arrived and he enthusiastically showed us around the hotel, and gave us some great tips on what to do in the local area, which included a walk along a boardwalk to see a large seal colony. Breakfast was delicious, and the view from the dining room (across Foveran Burn and Newburgh Links golf course). We also had a very enjoyable evening meal in the dining room. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
