AUTUMN STAY.
Love the spacious room and bathroom. Everything is pristine white and clean. Love its tranquility.
Great staff at both the inn and the restaurant. Friendly and helpful.
Love the cows in the pasture, the ducks that waddled their way across the pasture to the inn’s pool and all the birds that I can’t name. The sunset was stunning from where I sat (on the bench under the tree with red leaves).

Camden seems like a country town on the outskirts of Sydney.
Camden seems like a country town on the outskirts of Sydney. There are lots of places to eat and drink. The Op shops were open on Saturday afternoon and Vinnies was even open on Sunday. We will be back for a longer stay.

The Staff was amazing, namely reception staff Pricilla,who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and also great value for money.

Great City for shopping, travel and great accomodation at the Colonial Motor Inn.
One thing missing in the town is a lovely park with bbq facilities lots of trees for families who cannot afford restaurant prices for family gatherings, a caravan dump point for passer bys and restaurants by the river for example Nepean River at Penrith, but otherwise a very productive town.

The motel was easily accessible on the outskirts of town (conveniently close to Camden), the room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were adequate.
I enjoyed a nice mean at the Picton Hotel.

The place was clean and tidy.
The place was clean and tidy. What I dislike was it's a bit far from the main road and it won't be convenient if you arrive late at night as there are no street lights on the road leading to the premise. The owner was very helpful and guided me to her place.

The living room and kitchen area were very clean and comfortable and have everything you could need. There's also an outdoor area for relaxing.

If you need to stay in the south of the city Camden is an excellent choice. You have all the modern facilities but a really nice old style country main street with plenty of choices for meals and entertainment. Plan your travel though. Like all the major cities the traffic has peaks and you need to allow for them.

We stayed 5 nights specifically for a family wedding. Our room was quiet and comfortable and met our needs. It included an iron and ironing board which came in handy. The soap dispensers included hand and body cream and surprisingly shaving cream.
Additional cutlery and crockery was available from the Reception.
A large shopping plaza across the road could be accessed through it's car park and included a good selection of eating places and a Cole supermarket.
There were a couple of Pubs within walking distance and a short drive to Camden with more shops and eating places. We would be happy to stay there again under similar circumstances as there was nothing we would want to improve on.
