This place is a little gem in a country town. It exceeded our expectations on the size, cleanliness and how nice the room was.
The shower was amazing and the bathroom in general had enough space to get hair done for a wedding.
We enjoyed the facilities in the room except for when we got take out and realized there was no cutlery 🍴. We had to go back to the restaurant to get some because reception at the motor inn was closed.

Anne and David were a delight. It was a wonderful stay at thier place. Our plans didn't go as per the plan due to bad weather but their place was so lovely that we still had a great time. Would love to come back and stay with them 😊

I love that the rooms had a lot of space, loved that the aircon was so cold during the heat, there's was a minifridge for the kids snacks and drinks, it was very clean beds made to perfection. As soon as I walked in it smelled so clean! Booking was under my partners name Cody Byrnes and the receptionist at the time was very informative kind and happy to help. She offered us 2 $10 vouchers for the restaurant and even recommended dishes that our little ones would like if we decided to order room service. She was super helpful even when she had her hands full.

The accommodation was clean, basic, and very suitable for the price. It is part of the pub, and although my stay was on a Friday night, it was surprisingly quiet. There is a communal kitchen and a fridge where you can store food items. There is a great balcony that looks out over the main street of Gosford, and you can sit, relax, and have meals. The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help.

Grafton is a friendly cathedral city sitting astride possibly the most beautiful river in the country. The town is littered with well preserved old Queenslander type homes and the local council has done a good job beautifying the main shopping precinct. There isn't a lot to do in Grafton unless you can utilize the river however it is central to some of the coasts most amazing beaches, bush trails and mountain trips. This is not a" high octane" travel destination. A small step into the more recent past.

We always stop over in Ulmarra when travelling for work as it is comfortable, peaceful and quaint with great food at the Pub Hotel. We love visiting all the galleries and sometimes see the best sunsets over the river. The coffee shop is also great for a meal or to purchase fresh good quality bread. The flying foxes are interesting near the public toilets. An easy walk around town to stretch the legs on your travels. We love the restored town and pretty buildings and gardens.

We were travelling with my elderly father and visiting family in Grafton and Maclean. This house was excellent. Comfortable, clean, brightly decorated. A home. We were able to bring my 93 year old aunt back to the house for several hours for a proper catch up - much better than more public places. The gardens - well - I just loved them. So lush and leafy and interesting. Kim was an excellent host. She made us feel instantly at home and relaxed.

Relaxed town with a variety of restaurants. Favourite cafe there is Heart and Soul serving gourmet breakfasts that you won't find anywhere else, not just Grafton. Food prices reasonable. Locals are friendly and relaxed. No traffic lights there.

Ulmarra is a beautiful little town…so historic and picturesque, right on the bank of the Clarence. It has an eclectic mix of quaint shops and they’re trying hard to maintain their heritage.
The pub food is sensational!
