We had a great stay, the house itself was extraordinary clean, beautifully decorated, I like the pictures hehe, art and comfortable, and the owner are really friendly, hopefully would definitely stay again.

Kind and helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy. Location was quite convenient for our needs just few minutes from the city centre and amenities. Plenty of parking if you go there with a car.

Swan Hill is fascinating, with fine architecture and a lively, walkable town, unusually lively for Australian provincial cities at night. It was the second largest inland port in Australia, the largest being Echuca; so it is historically interesting, and one can see remnants along the river as well as some fine architecture that has lasted.
It is a friendly, safe town, with a fine, eminently comfortable rail link to Melbourne, as well as bus links to Adelaide and Albury, the latter connecting with the train to Sydney.

The Lake itself is big and lovely, it has many places all around it to enjoy with easy access and green grass. Perfect spots to see the sunset.
The Park is clean and as it was winter pretty quiet. which suits me perfectly. I can imagine it being a hive of activity with water sports in the summer. There are also a lot of other lakes to see nearby, apart from some silo art and the Murray River not too far away, there is not much to do in town, suprisingly no cafes etc to speak of.

Swan Hill is a nice town to visit for a day or two. There's not a lot of tourist stuff to do in town but can make a great base for the wider area. Good pubs and restaurants and all other facilities you'd expect for a town of this size.

Nice place to go over and spend time during the sunrise and sunset. It is more of a nature place and we need to get food from the nearby place. Really easy to get around and all the roads show up on the maps.

Great walking track along the river and beautiful parklands. Laser night show at the Pioneer Settlement is a must see experience as well as a meal at Spoons cafe overlooking the river.
The Federal Hotel was a great find for dinner with a lovely roaring fireplace and relaxed ambience along with a great menu.

Apart from the water for swimming, etc, there's only one...
Apart from the water for swimming, etc, there's only one real reason to visit Lake Boga and that's to visit the amazing Flying Boat Museum. We spent 2 hours there and if not for a demanding driving itinerary, we could've spent more. That's all there's worth seeing in L. Boga. BUT, please believe me ... that a good enough reason!
