The staff, food, and the beautiful scenery

We liked the view. Especialy the view from the huge common balcony. The view is amaysing. Very unique. We liked very much the hotels yard, wich is very big and includes open swimmingpool, trails, trampolin, different sitting areas. I liked the indoor swimming pool which is big, clean and also has streams. The rooms are very nice snd spacious, but you have to be very careful about the room you get!!! We got a room in the basement, which was terrible. It looked like a room in a youth hostel. After complaining they moved us (in the day after) to a very nice room.

The breakfast was simple but delicious. The breads were all amazing and the coffee was excellent. They had a room to store bikes overnight.

Extraordinary location with view of St.Moritz and mountains

The property is very clean and the staff are so nice and they were very helpful. The hotel is equipped with great facilities. It was an exceptional experience.

This was a truly special experience. Staff were super friendly, personable and professional! Facilitis first class in very detail. Beakfast experince was next level. Would love to return if ever in the St. Moritz area again.

Hotel was within an easy walk from train station . The breakfast offered many healthy options.

The managing staff were so accommodating and helpful. They met us quite late, coming from the train and we're super friendly. Waking up to thebview of the mountains was magical. The apartment is so cosy and warm.

View, cleanliness, helpful host, easy entry and exit. The apartment is in an old, cozy house. Parking is available in front of the house.

Great access to skiing, good food and people.

Guests where vey sympathetic - room was comfortable

We spent 4 wonderful nights at Alegra. Although our room (103) was not the most modern, we were satisfied with it because the room was clean and big enough, the beds were super comfy (we like hard matresses), there was enough water pressure in the bathroom etc. And its location is unbeatable: the Carosello 3000 ski lift is only 30 meters away. The staff was extremely friendly (especially the waitress who has black hair and wears always a smile). The breakfast was good enough, too. We also liked the ski room with lockable boxes.

Fantastic spa, so close to the slopes and fantastic breakfast!
