Gerhard was the best - such an amazing person from the very first moment at check-in! We had a wonderful stay. Our room was on the top floor, warm, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we also ordered dinner which was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

"we do not have "italian" personal in the hotel, from eveyone the mother language is german dialect but italian citizien, so your coment look racists or even without sense.
the cleaning women is not mexican, she is peruvian like i told you.
if the beef you had at dinner wasn´t right, we could change it without problem" To which I must respond that I spoke Spanish with the lovely maid. Sorry I didn't know she is Peruvian, but that's no reason call me racist. I thought Fabian was an Italian name. Again sorry but that doesn't make me racist. It was a family visit and maybe we wouldn't have gone there otherwise. But we loved it. Very different to other places we have visited in Italy. Interesting places to visit nearby and in the town and lots of lovely places to eat.

Eppan is a great smaller area outside of Bozen. We enjoyed being close to both the city and nature. There was a local market on Tuesday, and the bakeries and restaurants in town were all delicious and staffed with friendly employees. A cool little spot for a trip!

We just visited small central, old town part of Caldaro and it was nice for one/two evenings. We mostly travelled outside the Caldaro just having hotel in that town. Surrounding vineyards are lovely to visit and enjoy vine tasting. Great roads for motorbike or bike trips.

Great place to stay while visiting the beautiful Alto-Adige region. The BZ bus pass is an easy way to get to Bolzano City Center without driving a car. Parking in town is challenging and/or expensive.

Bolzano has a different, more sophisticated atmosphere to many holiday spots in in Europe. The old town was visually pleasing, with plenty of quality bars and restaurants. Otzi was a unique feature too. The hinterland was easily accessible and very pleasant.

Nice and friendly. Much more German than Italian, which mainly is reflected on the selection of food available. Very nice area for starting walking and trekking in the mountains. Beautiful surroundings.

Wonderful clean spacious room and good breakfast. I loved the fresh figs from the garden. Perfect place for daytrips to Bolzano, the earth pyramids and Seceda (1 hour drive) and other places!
The swimming pool is great and the garden well kept. The hosts/owners are very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room and airconditioning too!
