Was very clean, comfortable and modern. Good amenities with laundry. Pool was so lovely to have on hot days!

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. I also got a dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was quite good . The swimming pool is warm, ideal for relaxing and it is open until quite late in the evening. Everything is very quiet, so if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax , I would recommend this one.

Very family friendly. I think the facilities are specially good for elderly people but my wife and I with our 10 month baby were very happy with the location.

Host is very thoughtful and nice. We love the stay. Best recommendation to family traveling with kids.

The location, it was clean and quiet

It was spacious with plenty of room to keep our stuff. Full kitchen helped. There’s an Aldi nearby and lots of dining options around. The bus stop is a short walk.

Room was very comfortable - spacious studio with big windows and curtains, comfortable bed, lots of places to hang things, useful amenities (comes up with combo shampoo/body wash and soap, lots of towels; kitchen well-stocked with tiny snacks and condiments in addition to kitchen supplies). No AC, but I came in August and there was a fan, but didn't need it because plenty of airflow from just opening the windows. Location - in a more "residential" and quiet part of Locarno, but the town is pretty compact so you're within 7 min of a central bus stop and 15-20 min to the main train station. They give you a manual and instructions so it's easy to self check-in. I had to go to an event at BLU restaurant, and the apartment was very close by (yay!).

We loved how easily we could reach the apartment by public transport, yet it felt like a hidden gem up on heights from Locarno. It was clean, spacious and with a personal touch! The neighboring grotto is lovely - friendly service and tasty food, so warmly recommend checking that out. You can also hike up from the apartment to other grottos/paths. We also liked the bar that was a short walk away for a drink and views from their terrace.

We had such a lovely stay here! The apartment was spotless, open, airy, and full of light. The location is incredible — a castle is literally right next door, which we enjoyed exploring. The neighborhood itself felt so alive. On our first night there was live music just a few doors down, and the next evening our kids loved a charming puppet show while children from all over played wooden games together. It felt like stepping right into the heart of the community. A beautiful café sits just downstairs, and the patio quickly became our favorite place to eat dinner while watching people stroll by. Between the activities, atmosphere, and comfort of the apartment, this was a wonderful stay that we highly recommend!
