Byron over exceeded my expectations! My apartment was perfect for me! The bedroom overlooked the ocean and my bed was very comfortable!!! I had read in the reviews about Maria who takes care of all the units and she immediately became a friend! She makes sure you have everything you need! Works tirelessly from the early morning till 3:00 every day including weekends! Mr Tasos takes care of the property and the gardens and if you have any issues all you have to do is let Maria know and he gets it done! I found that my shower head was loose and after letting Maria know in the morning, I found it fixed when I came back in the afternoon! Quiet location, guests are pleasant and courteous, private little beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas! A no fuss no frills place to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Kos! I can’t wait to go back! 🇬🇷💙

Really clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is helpful, when ever I asked for help they helped me. Breakfast is perfect. They have pool bar and beach availability. Thank you!

Eva is a super nice host, welcomed us with figs from her own garden, helped us arrange a scooter and we could easily reserve a beach bed every day The studio was perfect, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and beautiful garden with the pool outside the studio. We really enjoyed our stay in Kos.

Family friendly feel, location right on the beach, exceptional food, would definitely stay there the next time I’m in Kos.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Panagiotis was there from first to last minute for us to make our holiday perfect. He arranged the best local restaurants and gave tips for best beaches. Also he made our car rental very easy by arranging it for us. It's a very close distance to the town. I would recommend renting a car to discover other areas too. Panagiotis you are the best.

What an unassuming and great apartment with a massive terrace on both sides that you can suntan or eat on and just totally enjoy with a great view to the mountains and to the sea, the apartment itself is very clean, it has a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed awesome air conditioning nice TV and a very functional kitchen with a living area that also has a sofa bed. Yes there are lots of stairs but the balcony and terrace are so worth it especially seeing the sunset from there and having food and wine up there it was just the perfect location to get to all the beaches in Kos, and down the street you have a winery grocery stores and lots of amenities so you're never far from anything the hosts were so wonderful if we come back to Kos I would definitely stay here again. Euxaristw!

Gaby was the perfect host and made our entire stay so enjoyable! Prior to arrival, Gaby was so helpful with any questions we had and she made sure she was there to meet us on arrival to make sure we settled into the apartment without any issues and had everything we needed. We were travelling for a friends wedding at a venue just 5 minutes away and Gaby was so kind to help us with arranging transport to and from all the wedding activities and even drove us herself on occasions and lent us her bikes! She always responded so quickly and no request we had was an issue. She had great knowledge of the area around and suggested things to do and places to visit in the area. The apartment was beautiful - very clean and comfortable, and decorated in a beautiful style. The outside roof terrace was stunning and the perfect place to relax! The place is very private and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. I cannot recommend this lovely apartment enough and just want to thank Gaby for being the perfect host and looking after us so kindly. We will definitely be back :)
