Apartments in Dervio

Luca is a great host! He answered questions quickly and even offered to drive us places as well. The property was very big and spacious, with a beautiful view! Felt very safe and would stay here again. We do recommend renting a car if staying here as it is quite a trek to the main areas!

The best thing was the fantastic view of the lake. The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern. The hosts were friendly and available when needed. The location is quiet with beautiful landscaping. We definitely recommend Dervio Casa Max.

View from the apartment and our incredible host are the biggest positives. Across many years and many apartment bookings, I haven’t met a host so cordial and helpful. You are an amazing host Silvia.

The apartment is very spacious and very clean and you get a very nice view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and you could also find oil, salt and pepper, some spices and coffee and tea there. There is also a private parking space in a garage that is easy to access that you could use during your stay and that is very important as parking is a problem in the area. Nicole and Marta our hosts were very nice and accommodating. There is a lot of turism info in the apartment including some booklets regarding the villas and castles that you could visit in the area, hiking trails as well as the ferry schedule. We really appreciated our host’s attention to details. There was also a nice bottle of sparkling wine and some pretzels waiting for us in the living room. That’s a very nice touch! Location & friendly staff

Spacious, bright apartment right next to the train station (but quiet as the trains don’t run at night).. The apartment had everything you might need during your stay: bed linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, oil, salt, pepper, etc. Supermarket is a few minutes walk away as is the lake. Luca is very proactive with check in details and got in touch a few times during my stay to see if I needed anything.

Great location. Super cute place, very clean, and a great location. The train tracks are under repair, so we just walked down the hill to get the bus to visit other towns.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, with gorgeous furniture and a wonderful kitchen. The location was great in town, a close walk to local stores and restaurants. The view from the apartment was also super pretty. The hosts were very accommodating; we ended up checking in a day later because of travel issues and the hosts were super communicative and helpful about it. We loved our stay here.

Wonderful place to stay at lake Como. Villa has small shared garden, so you can rest under the tree or lay down on a lawn. One bedroom apartment is quite spacious. As well possible to have additional sleeping place in main room. Kitchen has new appliances and everything what is needed to cook when it is needed. It is just 10 min walk to the lake or 5 min to train station or Coop store. Some hiking trail starts directly from villa.
