The property is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious, the neighborhood is amazing and quiet, it is about a 20 minutes drive from the beach and 20 minutes from the old town.

Place very clean with a lovely balcony. Host was very friendly. It was excellent for our short stay.

The studio was very private with a lovely garden/terrace. The facilities in the room were excellent and it was very clean. Alejandro was a very attentive host, with great communication. Breakfast was served on a trolley to the room which was a lovely touch. Alejandro was very accommodating and brought this to us earlier as we had an early start. The location was perfect for us with amenities nearby and the airport transfers stops at the stop across the road - ideal!

The location is fabulous. It’s right in front of the Arenal beach and near to lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is very nicely renovated using top-quality materials and it is well-decorated, which creates a lovely ambiance. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a well-equipped kitchen and private parking at the property. Our host had excellent communication with us and made check-in and check-out very easy.

The view, location in general, house inside is pretty cozy, nice placing of bathtube, there is binocular for watching ships or neighbors if you're figure out how to hold it stable
