Beach rentals in Nice

We liked the distict, very safe and residentail. Full of shops and cafes at the street where the tram passes. Close to old distict, pleasant walk via green zone to the promenade. Friendly staff, can leave bags before check-in and after check-out. The toilet at the reception has shower just in case. Reception is 24/7 We felt very safe The beds were super comfy. Bedlinen new. There is huge balcony. Aircon. The kitchen is fully equipped. Smart invention to shut it with roller

It was super clean and spacious. Close to cafes and restaurants. Very quiet. If you open the window, you hear planes come and go, but if you keep it closed you don’t hear a thing.

Comfy room and good facilities. Clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. One local restaurant, a few shops, and Aldi nearby to buy food, helpful. Nearby residential areas with a park and Matisse museum to visit. Secure garage and parking. Area under construction.

The property has everything a family or a couple would need for a vacation. From the spacious, well equipped apartment, to a perfect location next to public transportation and of course a charming view to the sea.

The staff was friendly. They were always available when I needed help or clarification. The internet is fast. The location is great. It is a walking distance to Nice Riquier Station. Works perfectly if you want to explore the region and beat the crowds from Nice Main Station. It is also by the tram station so going to old town or other neighborhoods are super easy.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean, very organized with all the necessary facilities. The stuffs were very friendly and supportive.

Check in was super easy. Clean room, great view from the balcony, comfy bed. Close to train station, market next to the entrance. We were in room 702 and there wasnt any smell from toilet. I definitlly reccomend 10/10

The apartment is as described and shown in the photos, simple but very clean and functional. Great location on the team line and 2 minutes from the beach and promenade. Daniel was a very gracious and welcoming host, I would come back anytime.

The location was perfect, a lot of privacy the nature was just breathtaking. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food the washing machine was fully functional although you had to fetch your own detergent but its perfect for longer stays. The bedroom was perfect there were towels soap and shampoo.

The location is great the apartment is good now but there's a lot of room to improve for the quality to make it more luxury just for my opinion. Parking area is important for me and cecilia provide one for me😊 and this apartment was reasonable for its price near to supermarket just few step down the building. For the check in it is a self check in which you need to pick up the key in the small store at the back of the building. And the host will give all the info you need the day of arrival. Definitely recomend this place for thise people know how to appreciate thing but not to does people that are very sensitive✌️

The location is perfect. The beach is right outside and the old town is about a 5-10 minute walk. Check in and check out were easy, with very good communication with the host. The apartment itself was perfect for my daughter and me. The bed is comfy, there is plenty of storage, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and seemed to be newly renovated. And the pool! The pool is amazing. Beautiful views of the city and sea from the rooftop. We also found a few games inside the coffee table which was great for a rainy day. All in all, our stay was perfect.

We loved being away from the noisy hustle bustle in a peaceful neighborhood, where we had a most restful evening at La Nectarine. The hosts Brigiitte and her husband Alain were so wonderful; the kindest caring couple, making us feel so at home. We explored Nice; Cros de Cagns, Eze and even ventured to Monaco easily from this location. Then it was a quick 8-10 uber ride to the airport, which made our departure so simple.

Host was amazing, responded quickly to my messages regarding arrival to the property. Very hospitable, apartment was in a secure, convenient location and very clean.

This Boutique Hotel in the heart of 'Vieux Nice' is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! The woman who welcomed us at the front desk is extremely Professional and Efficient. She exudes warmth, hospitality and sincerity... The room was more like an 'apartment' in the sense that it was spacious and it had 'everything' in it! If I have to make a list, it will be too long. You will have to see for yourself!

Location was great, easy to get to and very central. My room was very comfortable and plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom included with my room was also spacious and clean. Great shower. Access to a kitchen.
