Beach rentals in Dover

This bed and breakfast was very clean and in very strategic location. We had all necessary supplies provided to make our stay comfortable. Our host Jan was the nicest person I met in my whole holiday. She was very helpful and always ready to hear and provide solutions to my questions. Our stay in the hotel was made enjoyable by her.

Laz and Des met us with a friendly smile, offered us option of things to do and places to see. The breakfast was wonderful and location was great. larger room than expected. Its a10/10 from Us cheers

Wonderful proprieter. Room clean and beautifully decorated to Georgian architecture. Centrally located. Short (but steep) climb to Dover Castle, quick walks to food and shops.

Very friendly owner .despite coming really late at night.she helped to sort out the keys. Helped with space to park car despite I didn't reserve it as it says on the site. Parking is available for free which is great. Very clean place.comfy beds. Great location for everything .It is at the foot of the Dover Castle. Didn't have time to explore.Am definitely coming back to stay as a tourist.

Everything..The room, the pub, people, location

First off, this place was *affordable.* anyone who has traveled to the UK with 3 kids knows how expensive it can be finding hotel rooms to fit the whole family. This left us with finding short term rentals that provided amenities to make our stays more comfortable as well as wouldn’t break the bank. This chalet ticked nearly all the boxes of what we required. Chalet was very clean and well furnished! Toys were provided for little kids (though not needed for us as my kids are a bit older). Beds were comfortable and fans provided for the upstairs rooms. Two bathrooms was very helpful for a family of five. Location was amazing with close proximity to Walmer / Deal and Dover castle. Hosts were responsive to my questions and helpful. It’s obvious they try to make the place as comfortable as possible.

It has a beautiful sea view and great to have a toilet upstairs. Bedrooms very spacious and comfortable.

The comfort and amenities that were included with our stay. Very child friendly! Loved the ease of going to and far from the lodge and the distance is very walkable.

Super clean! Had everything you needed, including tabs for the dishwasher, a washer and full kitchen and also WiFi.

The chalet had everything we needed: well equipped kitchen, good shower and plenty of living space for our grandson to play. Great to be so close to the playground and crazy golf (although in the height of the summer season I imagine it could get quite busy).

It was a lovely place, very cute, nice and clean, well stocked. Double bed good size but could have been a little comfier. Generally excellent place though, in a lovely setting.

Al and Phyl are wonderful, gracious hosts and take great care of their guests. It’s such a cute house in a great place.
