Beautiful view and very comfortable

Very good location if someone is looking for a calm area around the Como. It was one of our best relaxing night during our 1 week tour. Apartment is very large with astonishing view on a lake.

View is amazing and spacious home

Location! Reaching here itself is an adventure. Then the 180deg view of the lake. You would wish to just bask the morning sun straight into the apartment.there is a little stream next to this house which is a pleasant sound all day. Its perfect. Not to mention the good wifi. Guido also instructed well so no hassle.

The villa is excellent and spacious, with an outstanding location—literally right on the lake. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful stay in a stunning setting.

The apartment is a separate house with 2 floors. The terrace with a beautiful view and comfy chairs and sunbeds. Fully equipped kitchen and a lot of dishes and glasses. The furniture and apartment itself is pretty fresh. The parking place is near the entrance. The street is pretty quiet and have piece of forest and several waterfalls nearby. The host provided vacuum cleaner by our request - huge thanks for this. Easy self check-in and check-out with a deposit-box for the keys.

The apartment had all the amenities including crib and highchair. The view from the balcony was outstanding.

This place is very beautiful. Hidden from the road, the lavish landscape is quite large with multiple seating areas, lounges for sunning, all with the wide view of Lake Como. Even a Bocce ball standard pitch. We enjoyed the Hot tub, the comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning worked very well during our stay as it was very warm for the season. Lots of restaurants and bars, boat rentals and historic sites nearby. Security with electric gates and onsite parking.

Very vary spacious, all kitchenware are more than adequate. There even have a game room with pools table and other board games.

The location is great with awesome view. The house is old but fully renovated, so it combines a graphic scenery with modern accommodation. It has all the amenities one might ask and expect (not going into details but really nothing was missing). The house is clean, well furnished, well heated and fully equipped to meet every demands. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, ready to offer help and suggestions when needed. There is a restaurant nearby which one definitely has to visit to experience some local dishes. The cost is within the acceptable range - here to clarify that the place is not for 2 people but either for a big family or for 2-3 couples. So the price reflects the ability to host many people. I absolutely recommend it.

Really well equipped with everything we needed to cook. Machno was really responsive and helpful. Rezzonico is a quaint little village with a pizzeria and a restaurant….do not forget to book ahead of time. Was great to be away from the crowd, it was quiet and lovely to stay there after a busy day visiting.

The location is in a calm small town on the lake. The view from the balcony is pretty of the lake, but there is no separation between balconies so you're right next to your neighbors balcony. The unit has two split ACs so visiting in hot weather can still be very comfortable.

Easy directions, helpful staff, amazing view, great location near the beach and an overall great stay.

Location very nice, near to the lake. There is a restaurant around 50 meters from the apartment front of the lake having very nice and tasty food 😃. Also, close to menaggio you can take ferry from there to visit others land.
