I liked the location one block from the seaside, walking distance to the main attractions of Miraflores. The private room was comfortable, spacious, and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a good central base in Miraflores.

Amazing hotel. The room was very big, the beds very comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. The gym is great big and wonderful machines. The lady in the front desk Vanessa was very friendly, always smiling. The girls who served breakfast were so helpful and nice. And the location is amazing: right next to à many restaurants and a great park.

Beautiful original Peruvian homes. Had a kettle, seating terrace. Clean rooms very helpful staff. The chef provided tasty breakfast. Best accomodation in the 2 weeks in Peru. Also very safe behind locked gates. Muchos Grathias.

Perfect hotel, perfect service

Unique location, very culturally meaningful for the art history of Peru, the neighborhood was very dynamic, special, and vibrant. The staff very helpful.

Perfect location, piristine clean premises, very attentive and nice personnel. They kept my luggage until my flight at late night. They have coffee and tea in the lounge and I could rest while waiting for my flight. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Muchas gracias

I have been staying at the Lighthouse since 2012 and will return as long as I am able. The location is wonderful and the property is quiet and comfortable. I also like supporting a family run business.

Convenient location, very walkable with plenty to do around.

A comfortable little room and clean. I liked the chair and desk in the room. The room is literally right on Kennedy Park. When you walk out the front door, you are right where all the action is, which was very convenient. A great location right in the main square and about a 10-20 min walk to see the ocean. Many bars, restaurants, and stores nearby. It was a fair price too.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. We appreciated the convenient location, quiet atmosphere, and how easy the overall experience was. Location and last minute accommodation.

Everything. Breakfast was gorgeous, rooms were clean, massive space, everything we need. Receptionists were always helpful. Location spot on.

It was an awesome location in Barranco. Extremely clean and bigger than I expected with an outdoor patio. The interior was also extremely nice.

Things I liked... location, close to the sea, lighthouse, Chinese park, beach access (steep walk down). Lovely neighborhood with restauarants and coffee shops. Easy to walk to areas of Miraflores. The one suggestion I have for prospective customers is to ask for the apartment seen in specific photographs as here are several in the building that differ in size, shape, aesthetics etc. Originally we were given an apartment that was more like a big hotel room with a baby's crib. We asked if we could change to one with a kitchen. Hosts were very gracious and give us a choice of all avaialble, so we eventually got the one we thought we'd agreed to. Rosa helped us and was charming, and provided a reasonably priced laundry service.

The host and family were very friendly and answered any questions I had and helped me to my room with my heavy belongings the place was in a good location and had all I needed for the price was a comfortable stay also sorry that I woke everyone up to leave checking out early!

Beraja gave me everything I needed. Luz and her family are the best people, welcoming you. I was a last minute booking, but they still managed to organsie airport pick up for early morning and sorted me a room to rest in until mine was ready. They gave amazing recommendations of local restaurants, places to visit and travel ideas. Rooms are clean, large beds and great storage lockers. I stayed in both a private room and a dorm, both were great.

People there are awesome! Very friendly and helpful, also the location is closer to almost everything.

I stayed here twice. The owners are very helpful, helped booked me airport pick up, making my fist night in Peru very smooth.(car ride from airport to Fernando’s place less than 20 minutes). And helped me get a car back to airport. And they allow me left my pack back in her home for a week, and flexible for my changes on schedules. Owners speaks good English, tentative, and the breakfast was nice, with fresh juice, great coffee, eggs, bread… Room is on the basic-side, but has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Great value for people who travels on budget like me.
