Ana and Nuno were excellent hosts. The hosts were always available if we needed anything. Ana helped me get dinner reservations when I couldnt get through to the restaurant. The house was fantastic with a fantastic view. We really loved it there.

The apartment was clean and had everything needed for cooking, comfort and enjoying the area. Rita was responsive and lovely to work with.

Very nice accommodations. Staff was kind and helpful. Met some great people also staying here . Breakfast was a nice bonus. Beautiful view from the deck. You have the ability to stay secluded in your room but also share the rest of the home and socialize with others

Great location and a beautiful property

The location turned out to be excellent. It was very peaceful,l very safe and relaxing. Had wonderful neighbors and whenever I needed to go somewhere, either neighbors or American expats drove me or I took Uber. In fact, I enjoyed it so much I'm planning on going back for two weeks in May and then on to Madrid, Vienna, and Ireland to see friends. PS The lady I rented from was extremely responsive to any request that I made.

I liked everything, great host, great house and stunning location. Everything is very new, a lot of lovely details and absolutely clean! The interior was in perfect condition with everything you would need and much more! All of the equipment (including the furniture and everything) has a very high quality. Also they have a few chickens which live there and give you some fresh eggs every morning. Our stay was fantastic and I can recommend everything here, it was awesome!

A spacious and charming property that has been recently updated. We used this a base to visit Sintra and nearby beaches. View from the deck. We had a car that we could park onsite, however, you could manage without one. Easy walk to a few beach restaurants. We opted to take a Bolt to Sintra and was so much better than driving into that maze of streets with no parking. Bolt/Uber were available. The host went above and beyond to help with an unexpected health issue for me. They are very friendly and helpful in all regards. We did not have children with us, but they have many accommodations for children should you have that need.

It's such a gem 💎! Absolutely clean, well smelling, with a very sweet terrace and a kitchen, that has pretty much everything you need. A bathroom with good pressure for water, the heating and overall a very pleasant experience. I'm very happy with my spontaneous staying there and would recommend it! The beautiful beach is 10 minutes walking. And you can hike from there through all the beaches till the Coba da Roca. Enjoy!

The location is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed working on the terrace with a stunning view of the ocean and also walks on the costs to the neighbouring villages. The hosts, Domingos and Margarida, are very kind and welcoming, which makes the place feel cozy and full of life. The many shared spaces and the rich history of the property make it even more special. The breakfast selection is a bit limited, but there’s a local supermarket just a 15-minute walk away, where you can find everything you need.

Someone was waiting for us to pick up the keys even though we got in after 9 pm. The facility was very quiet which was relaxing. The pool was beautiful although we never went into the water, and there was a view of the beach which was close. Close to all amenities. Staff were friendly, and someone was always around doing maintenance, or tidying the facility.

Truly amazing place can’t beat the price and quality of the facility. Will definitely come back

Property was beautiful and the views amazing. The fully enclosed patio was perfect for our toddler. The house was well stocked and the property manager and host were extremely welcoming and informative. We liked that there were several small restaurants within walking distance and some outstanding ones in Sintra.

An extremely wonderful place! Very beautiful villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday, including a garden with BBQ,, and also very close to Macas beach. The owners are very nice and are always happy to help during your stay.

Um Lugar ao Sol is a beautifully decorated home in an exquisite location. We were delighted by the thoughtful touch of small snacks left for us. The comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We liked the individual units and the quietness of the location. It is close to the Cabo do Roca. Breakfast was very filling and had many options for a continental breakfast. Liked sitting by the pool and enjoying the shared living space.

Dream Guinho is an incredibly impressive hotel. Despite my familiarity with the area, I was pleasantly surprised by its beautiful wooden design. The staff is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and well-trained. Everything is perfectly arranged, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. I wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a breathtaking view of the Malvera mountains and Guincho beach. The breakfast provided was both delicious and plentiful.
