The location is super! Walking distance from everything, plus you get free bus ride in Locarno and Ascona and the bus station is very close to the hotel. The breakfast was great and the roomis very big.

Everything was really nice: the room, bed, shower. Very clean. Well planned room organization and amazing cost-quality ratio. There was no noise from the street or train station due to good sound isolation. Very friendly and helpful stuff and easy check-in out of reception working hours. We enjoyed our stay in Locarno a lot.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. The staff was above and beyond in how kind and accommodating they were. Eating breakfast by the pool was beautiful, delicious, relaxing and we felt so at home. After a long trip, it was lovely to have a team be welcoming- even in their send off while we checked out!
