Beach Hotels in Nea Peramos

The beach is in front of the hotel, it is close to backary, shops and restaurants. The stuff is very kind and friendly.

Great hospitality and perfect location!

We had an apartment with a living room, kitchenette and a large balcony at the entrance. We were able to park right next to the house. Warm and friendly owner, very close to the beach.

The room is extra clean. The bed is very comfortable for sleeping. We were on the ground floor in July, temperature outside was around 36 C every day and we didn't need to turn on air-conditioning at all, room temperature was comfortable for sleeping.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice room, nice bath. Recommend it for a stay not only in summer but year-round.

It had everything you could possibly need. a small detail but for me iron is very important and i take mine with me but they had iron as well as ironing table! very close to the main streets but also very quiet street. the wiew from the balcony was spectacular, little treats were very nice(capsule coffee was a nice touch) the hosts were very nice, they sent us to our home like a friend would do. thank you for everything!

The room was very clean. The balcony is a nice touch to the place. You can sit and enjoy the beautiful view. You have plenty of shops nearby and a pool in the facilities. The facilities are modern and you feel very safe there as every door is locked

Overall it was a great experience suit was new very nicely decorated.Owner was very kind and attentive. She prepared the suit very thoroughly and thoughtful. We will definitely stay again.

The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The apartment was fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. The hosts were extremely welcoming and attentive, always making sure we had everything for a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Location wonderful helpful staff clean room well decorated

The hosts were very straight-to-the-point and don't get in your way at all. The common rooms in the apartments are spacious, as are the balconies. The bedrooms are small, but it's fine. There's plenty of kitchenware and there's two barbecues outside, so we were able to cook for ourselves for the majority of our meals there. People from the other apartments were almost exclusively Bulgarian families with children.

The property has good location, its close to the main street with the all restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment was clean and very cozy, the host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend and defiantly will come back.

We had a great time during our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly,nice and polite! The beach is perfect for people with kids because it is right in front of the hotel. Our baby loved the beach and all the people working in the bar and reception were so sweet with him. THANK YOU! :) The food in the restaurant was good, as well. We will definitely visit Akti again!
