Perfect view and really good location. Services are professional. And you do have a lot of things to do during your stay, like swimming, taking sauna….even laying on the cou couch would be quite enjoyable. Highly recommended others to come

Gorgeous, peaceful setting. We spend many hours just sitting in the chairs overlooking the lake. We loved the huge windows in our room also overlooking the lake. The animals (donkeys, sheep, and ponies) make the lace extra special. We had a car but also took Ubers to and from town—a quick 10min ride. The tour companies also know this property Staff was fantastic. Niki worked the breakfasts when we were there and she was wonderful. So friendly and kind, she took excellent care of us. She gave us tips on places to go, always asked how our stay was, and truly cared that we were having a nice stay there.

Koutu Beach Bed and Breakfast is a home from home with a great view of Lake Rotorua. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a drink and friendly conversations. The room is impeccably clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast rich and delicious. The host and hostess recommended some interesting places and gave us a glimpse of the local life. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place to anyone.
