Great host and accommodation! The backyard terrace overlooking the garden is beautiful and a great place to sit outside. The daily fresh buns at the door were amazing and the food items left were very thoughtful. There is a little grocery store not far away to add whatever you need. We even saw sardines being delivered, and tied to houses on the street! Tony’s and A Quinte are just down the street. We found this location to be very walkable, although we did drive to the Hot Springs at night. The host has dark towels available for your use. We had street parking right in front of the accommodation. Definitely walk all around the town as well as the lake and see the chapel and waterfall. Go to both the East and west of the island to compare the different landscapes. Take some hikes for whatever you are capable of undertaking. It’s simply amazing. We stayed in Villa Do Franco after Furnas and love that location as well.

Host left some fruit and milk which was nice. Also had coffee and cooking basics. My daughter loved the loft area - very private and cozy.

Felt like I was spending vacation at a family home. Enjoyed the location. The outside area is wonderful. Three bedrooms with one having a full with two separate twins good for a couple with children.

Beautiful location, with vast ocean views, and infinity pool with deck! Clean, and comfortable. The owner is responsive and attentive. A hiking trail is accessible within a minute! An outstanding accommodation.

Great location, plenty of easy parking on the street available in very convenient distance, Lucia the hostess was marvelous, the bathroom was very large, and the shower was spacious with two choices of showerhead, kitchen was available and handy, the village is wonderfully mellow and serene, I could hear the sound of the ocean at night.

Lovely house in a nice, quiet village. Pool was beautiful and well kept. Plenty of space and comfortable beds and couches. Lovely outdoor dining area. Overall the house was clean and in great condition. There is ample parking, but driveway is very narrow so best to have a small rental car. Village is cute and quiet, but also very narrow winding roads to be aware of. Not many amenities in the village, but there is one walkable cafe that had a lovely owner and makes a great espresso.

Love the location and the breakfast. The town was great. We will be back. Coffee on the patio in the morning was a great way to start the day. Coffee was good.

The host responds super fast. When we arrived the place was spotless and very well equipped. There was even a welcome package with food waiting for us which was so thoughtful. At the end of our stay we had 2 rainy days and we spent most of our time inside and we had all we need + a very clean and nice jacuzzi. There are 2 supermarkets at a walking distance. Parking was easy since we could park freely on the street. We would love to stay there again if we come back to the Azores.

We loved so many things! The size of the rooms, the long kitchen table, the washer & dryer access, the fully stocked kitchen, the basketball hoop, the beautiful garden. Thank you thank you!

We liked everything about the house and the host! Diana was so helpful with suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to go to! We were met at the house with enough food, wine, fruit, bread to last us through multiple lunches and breakfasts. Not to mention the fresh bread available every morning! The first night we had some trouble getting the induction stovetop to work (I think it was just that we didn't know how to use it and it had a lot of safety features). Within a 1/2 hour Diana was there with a new top and her husband and the local electrician to install! All on a Sunday night! We had the best vacation and cant wait to come back, and hope to stay here again! Thank you to Diana, her family and Marta for being so kind!!
