Beach Hotels in Lagoa

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. There were everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen equipments, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and many more things. It is right next to the sea, we couldn't enjoy terrace much due to weather conditions but I am sure it would be great to rest there after discovering wonders of the island. The host was very helpful, she answered any questions we had in a short time. When I go back to Sao Miguel, I would prefer to stay there.

The place, the garden, hospitality

Location: It was a nice town. It provided extras like, umbrellas, and a cooler with ice. We really enjoyed the hot tub. And the nice backyard with a beautiful veiw. When we had a problem with WiFi, we got quick help.

The place is at a central location that it’s a short drive to all the sights on the island. We loved that the seaside walk is right out of the door, that we walked many times. The backyard is great when we didn’t want to go outside. The host was super friendly and responsive. The house is spacious and clean. We loved our stay.

It’s newly renovated and the hosts ensured Each detail is suitable for guest comfort.

Everything about this studio apartment was great! Lev was a great host. He was very informative, and you can tell he really put his heart into making this place special. So many small details that other hotels/accommodations miss. The location was great. It was right by the ocean and in the center of the island making it easy to get to all of the sites I wanted to see. I couldn't recommend this place more! I hope to come back to Sao Miguel and stay here again!

Everything about this location was outstanding. Above and beyond in every aspect. The breakfast was incredibly wonderful, the shower had excellent pressure, the bed was more than comfortable. The staff was very special - helpful and gave amazing recommendations. Could not recommend this more!!!

Quiet, spacious, well equipped apartment with parking. Having a WC as well as a bathroom with WC was handy since there were 4 of us. A good location from which to explore the island if you have a car.

Spacious clean and friendly staff

Accommodation is great and probably the pictures of this property undersell it which is rare :) Rooms, outdoor seating, kitchen, location (5 minutes walk to 2 beaches), private underground parking for 2 cars, and sauna are just some things we enjoyed. This property is great for families with kids. The island is truly amazing and we do plan to come back.

The location was perfect. The staff was amazing. We were treated like family . Loved the outdoor swimming pool and the Breakfast.

Helder, the host, is a superstar. He was very helpful, informative, and nice. Helder set up a reservation for us at the best local restaurant. He offered recommendations with tips for places to go as well. The breakfast was tasty and fulfilling.

The location was perfect, and we could walk to restaurants, bars and our whale watch.

A truly amazing experience - I could not praise the staff enough for their attention to detail and ability to create a family atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained, and the spa area is particularly relaxing. All the staff were great, but a special shout out to Goncalo and Jean.

Very relaxing…. Great place to relax and unwind. Very quiet and serene. The staff were superb…. Courteous and very friendly. We enjoyed an old fashioned made with butter. Best old fashioned that we have tried. We had a fantastic experience!

Incredibly nice people! When they found out that my flight was delayed (due to high winds delaying our landing until 7am the next day), they offered to give me a late 3pm checkout for free. And the people at reception (both the lady and the man) were so kind and friendly. Kept an eye on my car and showed me how to drive to an amazing seafood restaurant by the ocean (Caloura restaurant)
