Amazing location if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation but still lots of options around to eat out, massage, convenience stores, bars. Choeng Mon is a quiet and relaxing part of the island. The hotel facilities and the rooms are kept extremely clean and the staff is very kind and attentive to the guests. The breakfast has great variety and good quality food for all kinds of diet needs. Service at the restaurant and the beach was exceptional as well. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated the staff coming over and having a chat everyday.

We had the most incredible week at Melati Beach Resort and truly didn’t want to leave. Staying in a Pool Villa Suite was absolutely worth it—the space was generous, beautifully designed, and having our own private pool felt like pure luxury. One of the standout features was the daily cleaning service, including maintenance of our pool. It made the stay feel extra indulgent and we were completely spoilt the entire time. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely, always going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their friendliness really added to the overall experience. We were a group of 16, and the resort catered perfectly to us. Happy hour each day became a highlight—such a fun way to come together, relax, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This trip was exactly what we needed—a chance to disconnect, slow down, and reset. Melati gave us the space and serenity to do just that. We loved everything about our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend the Pool Villa Suite for anyone wanting a truly special, luxurious getaway.

Everything, the hotel is impeccable and staff is trained to literally be perfect and thoughtful all the time. The rooms have an amazing disposition on my view with q small living room, an extremely comfy bed and an incredible bathroom with tub and double sink. A 5-star experience and treatment all the way. There are 4 restaurantes inside and shows (fire shows, dancing etc). One thing we absolutely loved about it was the happy hour everyday with open drinks (for free) for 1h from 5.30-6.30pm (I don’t know if this is a permanent thing but we loved it).

New very nice owners and the place looked brand new. Extremely clean and location was great, good access to the city. Price wise I couldn’t have asked for better.

Amazing hostel with amazing staff that let you feel at home! They have restaurant on site and free water refill, which is necessary to reduce plastic usage. The rooms and the toilets are clean and nice. Location is good and 2 minutes walking from the beach. Highly recommended!

The villas are very nice and clean, the staff is friendly an helpful. My family of 5 really enjoyed the stay. The included breakfast was also amazing.

I have seen unforgettable sunrises. Everything was great. The staff was kind and helpful. The room is big clean and well equipped. Let’s not forget the hot tub. I will absolutely come back.

We love this resort. It’s located right on the beach, very clean, lovely, helpful staff, and a wonderful breakfast with a great variety of options.

Room was spacious and bed was really comfortable, it was clean enough and we loved the pool and access to the beach which had very calm water and soft sand. Loved it! Lots of restaurants next to the hotel

Amazing location - small private villas basically right on the beach. Good large breakfast. Amazing breakfast spot. The location will stay with me forever - our terrace was like 20 meters away from the sea - so you can wake up and have a dip before breakfast 😍 We had some minor issues with sink and toilet but they came and fixed it the next morning. The electricity works even if you leave the room, so you could come back to a conditioned room, which was awesome Really comfy beds, large room

Such a beautiful place. After seeing a few places my other family members were staying further into the main area, I am absolutely thrilled I booked this place for my first stay in Koh Samui. It is such a tranquil paradise and the staff are so lovely.

Relatively new, well maintained, equipped and clean villa compared to the other hotels/resorts in the area. Also has a magnificent paranoma view from the living area and private pool. The doors/windows had fillers or mesh in between most gaps to keep most of the mosquitos or insects out as long as you keep them closed and the air-conditioning on. Host was responsive and helpful with advice.

Very spacious room, private and peaceful, with great service from the staff. We stayed in a suite with a private pool. Everything was clean and comfy. Loved watching movies on Netflix using the hotel's account and had many TV channels to choose from. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit!

It was so clean and beautiful. Everything was brand new and well made. Beds were comfortable. Towels were soft.

Perfect for a quiet retreat. The room was spacious and well appointed as pictured, the swimming pool tranquil, and an unexpectedly well presented breakfast topped it off. The staff were kind and arranged all transport for fair prices. The location is set away from the main town, on a quiet slope, and one can walk to the amazing temple with the towering multiarmed goddess (5mins), to the sunset spot (20mins) and in the opposite direction to pretty Choengmon beach (20mins). Obviously if you have a scooter (which you can rent at the property) everything is even closer. There was even the possibility to do laundry.

The breakfast selection was very good. Staff were always on hand and very friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed.
