It's very close to the seaside. It's a good experience to go for a walk and watch the sunset. The service staff is friendly. My husband likes the shower room with sufficient water pressure, and the bath is very comfortable. We also booked breakfast, which is also great.

What a quaint and beautiful property this is. Old-world charm meets modern convenience with every room styled perfectly. Little details like the liquor cabinet, record player, and guestbook make this a special stay. Perfect for a winter stopover on the Great Ocean Road (close to the 12 Apostles) the gas fireplace creates a cosy home and the generous claw-foot bathtub perfect for a warm, relaxing soaking after a long day sightseeing. A short 2min walk into Port Campbell Main Street and beachfront makes for a great location.

Great location close to the river .We have had such a nice walks along the river ,on the bridge, crossing the bridge to find ourselves on the beach in 5 minutes.
Very good access for wheelchair users. Close to centre of Lorne,close to everything.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Could access Netflix and maybe other channels if you have a subscription .
Warm bed ,cozy room, great to have a rest after going out and about all day on The Great Ocean Road.Thank you .We'll be back.

Fabulous view of the ocean from inside as well as out on the balcony. Right on the beach, perfect for walking. A perfect place for a couple of days peaceful relaxation. Everything we needed was provided and our friendly host made phone contact with detailed info about directions and check-in.

Great location near the seaside and beachfront shops and restaurants. Great quiet room with super clean bathroom. The best was a communal “camp” kitchen with every facility for preparing meals. Generous with provisions as well Great backyard with everything from tennis court to gas heater. We loved it here.
