A very good breakfast, well prepared and presented by A.J, and that was fresh, appetizing and plentiful. Room was extremely clean and welcoming with a comfortable bed and pillows and all amenities that one could expect, including in the bathroom, the kitchenette and den. Pictures on the wall reflected the theme of the name of the room ( we were in the Swan Room), well chosen and appropriate. Property within walking distance of Stratford theatres, close to the river and in a quiet neighbourhood but not far from the downtown core. A.J. was a personable host, pleasant to talk to and hands-on in the running of the property.

We absolutely loved our stay at Avery House! It is a stunning historical property that is kept in beautiful condition. Despite being on a main road, our room was a quiet sanctuary—big, clean, and offering a lovely view. The breakfast here is next-level—honestly worthy of Michelin stars. We looked forward to it every morning, enjoying a new and flavorful menu each day. The location is super convenient (walking distance to everything), but the hosts really make the place shine. They were so kind and helpful. We arrived without a solid plan, and they gave us excellent tips on local events and things to do. We can't wait to return!

This inn is lovely! My room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and adorably decorated. The location was perfect (a short walk to my concert and close to excellent shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes). The owners were incredibly kind and helpful when I'd dropped a dental appliance down the drain. Can't wait to come back!
