Fantastic location. Gwen the owner was lovely made you feel very welcome. A comfortable nights sleep, just what you needed when you have been sightseeing. Breakfast was plenty. Will definitely return again next year.

Location---bus to Kings Lynn bus station outside the door practically. Full English breakfast included!!!!! old, traditional interior outdoor play lawn and picnic tables and benches. Very kind and helpful staff A very relaxing place.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring North Norfolk. We used it as a base for cycling and sightseeing. The staff are warm and friendly and make every effort to enhance the visitor experience. Excellent breakfast menu with lots of lovely options. Great bar and restaurant for dinner. Hotel rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I liked the location, it was close to everything, including the bus. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food and an old English atmosphere. We would certainly stay here again.

The location was great, room was large bright and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful and Clive the host was very informative and the welcome pack in the room was very detailed. And helpful. The social room was excellent and the pool table a hit.The outside area with the pond and surrounding area was great and I imagine even better on a summers evening. Plenty of space to park.
