Nigel and dee were fantastic hosts,nothing too much trouble ,very knowledgeable on the local area ,breakfast was superb ,big choice to have and our dog fudge enjoyed his playtime with taz and tia ,a great place to stay ,the shower was superb really powerful

Wonderful stay in the heart of Tain! The property is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the town. The interior is beautifully arranged, with modern facilities—everything felt quality and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

If you come to Dornoch, this is place to stay. It feels like home. Kerensa is lovely and a fantastic host. Kerensa takes care of you very well. The rooms are very conformable, cleaned and tastefully decorated.

Convenient and clean…. Nothing fancy but nice , clean , with a comfortable bed. Fresh fruit and snacks and instant coffee supplied for breakfast
