A delightful room in a private space. The room was kitted out with everything you could want, topped off with a little chocolate on the pillows, a generous amount of coffee and tea all in a peaceful surrounding. The bed was super comfy and everything worked. Wonderful!

George is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. You can tell his heart and soul goes into making your stay the best. He thought about every little thing, from wine and beer upon arrival, the room included dressing gowns and slippers, tea & coffee, a selection of chocolate bars and more. The large private bathroom is fully stocked and has everything you could possibly need with a range of toiletries you can use. Everything is exceptionally clean and the room is based on the back of the house which is really quiet. There are fans in the room if you need them too. The breakfast is out of this world! Selection of cereals and fresh fruits and yoghurt. I would highly recommend the cooked breakfast, it was perfect. Location is great - opposite the park and 5-10 mins walk into the main part of Chester. If you're wanting 5 star service in somebody's home, this is the place to stay. Thank you George. We'll definitely be back next time we're visiting.

Good communication from the host, good value for money. The room was exceptionally clean and Judith was very accommodating. There was tea, coffee, orange juice, water and little cakes in the room. The bed was very comfy. Thanks so much, would definitely recommend.
