Lovely breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, granola, toast or a cooked breakfast, full English or bacon and eggs. Jan, our host was very helpful in describing local areas of interest. She helped with maps and information about driving and parking.

Loved sitting on the cobblestone square outside the pub enjoying a beer in the sunshine, across from a beautiful churchyard and adjacent to the castle. We had possibly the best roast dinner ever in the restaurant on Sunday evening, and glad we booked the table ahead of time. Rooms were across the road in a lovely stone property - they were spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished. Large, light and clean bathroom, though the shower was on the small side.

It was a short walk from the bus station and the center of town. The keyless entry was very convenient and the staff at breakfast was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was delicious! The house and room were very clean and cozy.

The location was very good, the staff were very nice and let us check in early, also they allowed late checkout with it being new years day.

The Grafton is a lovely property, the room was immaculate and I felt completely safe as a female solo guest. Lovely.

Adam did us proud, finding an excellent room when Booking.com messed up the booking (their advice to him had us arriving on Friday vice Wednesday!) Warm, comfortable room, lovely breakfast and personable, friendly staff (family), we felt absolutely at home from the start. Highly recommended!

Charming guest house, nicely decorated and comfortable in a great location in Harrogate. Extensive choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. Mark was friendly, accommodating and happy to offer up recommendations when asked. Highly recommend!

It was very clean, very comfortable and perfectly positioned for our stay in harrogate. Very warm welcome and was given a parking space in the drive which was great.

The hosts were lovely and attentive. The decor was very tasteful. The breakfast, especially the fruit and granola option was appreciated.
