The location was very good for our travel purpose, good bus and metro connections nearby (10-15 minutes walking); the room was clean with all necessary items, and Mr. Robert was very helpful with everything, from room temperature, access details, transport information, and we appreciate all his support for a lovely staying. It is lovely place to stay for family, spacious room and good parking.

Very good, as advertised - a bit off the beaten path but that was also advertised. Good value, good communication. Can't fault it really without being picky.

I loved everything about it and I would highly recommend this property for a stay with or without family. Property gives you a lovely vibe, rooms are very clean and up to the best standards. And the most important are the owners of the property, they are so helpful and friendly. Big thumbs up.

My flight was delayed by hours and the staff stayed late to accommodate I would be able to get into my cabin. The cabin was warm and ready for me and very clean.

I stayed here for three weeks. The whole house was well-kept and the owners tried their best to make the guests feel welcome. It was a very comfortable stay for an unbeatable price (relative to other places in the area). It was conveniently located, just a 15 minutes walk from the West Drayton station on the Elizabeth line which took 50 minutes or less to Central London. A TESCO supercenter and an ALDI store were nearby for fruits, to-go snacks and other groceries. Also, there were many sit-down restaurants and take-away shops in the West Drayton town center.

Tea-making facilities, TV, fridge and microwave in room. Own separate (and lockable) shower room / WC. Off street parking.
