Spacious and quiet near a lot of stuff

Amazingly clean. Really nice little space, fantastic price.

I really cannot fit in this box how brilliant I think my stay here was. The location is close to everything you could need on holiday, good shops, places to eat, pubs , sea side beach . common , rock gardens and even skate park, museums and pier , transport is on hand with buses all over. The Hotel was very pleasant and my room was large with a great sea front view, I was warm comfortable, with a very nice bed all clean linen and tea coffee milk etc to hand with fresh towels and good storgage. The kitchen was close and although i didnt use it I think a group could easily prepare food in there, as overall and again it was clean tidy and hygienic . I really cannot say how my stay here exceeded all of my expectation, and given the price of my stay overall I really was not expectiong it to . Thank you so much , and I would recommend your hotel to anyone everyday :-)

Pretty raucous bar on premises—-a lot of fun. Not the quietest place, but fun and friendly. Within walking distance on the Royal Navy Museum, with HMS Victory and the remains of the Mary Rose. Great.

I thought I would stay 2 days but I extended a third day because I enjoyed everything so much. The room was great, the location was fantastic, there was even a laundry on the next block. Great restaurant choices everywhere.

This homestay boasts an excellent location—only a 15-minute walk from Fratton Station, making it convenient for traveling to nearby cities and commuting to Gatwick Airport. Additionally, it offers great value for money. The property is clean, tidy, fully equipped, and provides fast Wi-Fi. Although I didn’t get to meet the host in person, it was an extremely satisfying stay, and I give it a full score!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – from the warm welcome at the reception to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is very convenient, and the atmosphere made me feel truly relaxed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area – I will definitely come back again!
