B&Bs in St Ives

The view is fantastic! 3 mins walk to the carpark and 8 mins walk to the beach side. And they have a washing machine and it will be a great for a long trip traveler.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was very satisfied with the accommodation — the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was good with a great variety of options. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore the area.

Great location. Good value and economical. We could walk to a store and the beach. All lovely. The room was well appointed with lots of extra treats and complimentary snacks. The bed was very comfortable. Saint Ives is a lovely town. We had a glimpse of the sea from our room.

Everyone is so nice and accommodating. My friend and I were even joking that there might be a "catch." We were used to the street style in London that real politeness makes us question intentions.lol Balnoon Inn is a great place to stay. They serve good food in GREAT prices.

It was still central to everything even though it was also out of the way and it came with parking.

I agree with previous reviews that you are really paying for the location in this case. Very close to the harbour and most of the pubs and restaurants, it is obviously an old building, maybe a fisherman's cottage? We had a tiny room on the top floor, extremely cramped, barely big enough for two, but but we coped as we were basically only sleeping there. Shower and loo were again very cramped indeed but just about manageable. Proprietor Ken was helpful on first meeting, taking our cases upstairs and giving us lots of information about eating places etc.

Perfect in every way. Spotlessly clean, meters from the front and right in the little town. Faultless. Ken, the owner was so helpful and such a lovely chap. Will definitely be going back.

Ken was lovely, he greeted me at the door on my arrival. Showed me to my room. It was a lovely cosy room, everything a solo traveller would need.

In a perfect location in town on a sweet little side street. Beautiful flowers out front to welcome all. Room 4 is en-suite and has a lovely water view of the bay. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Charming guest house. Ken the proprietor is very kind and helpful.

Location, location, location! Location is excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and beach. Proprietor was welcoming and had given restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay again.
