Room was clean and comfortable.

I loved staying at this beautiful, proud, authentic and uncompromising Sri Lankan family home come hotel, finished as it was to the highest of standards and so very tastefully decorated, all risen up from the once lakeside bank. I was greeted by my courteous hosts on arrival, respectful of my long journey from the UK, and made to feel welcomed and comfortable right away. My accommodation was as described and expected; it was immaculate (cleaned twice during my stay of three nights) and more than adequate for my needs. The food was delicious; although breakfast was lovely, my evening meals have been the best I have had here so far, being especially well cooked and prepared, further enhancing my first-time-in-Sri Lanka experience. The hosts arranged local tuc tucs and drivers for me, usually at short notice, and we're always keen to help out, particularly with timings on my leaving day. I said that if I came to Sri Lanka again I would stay here again and I meant it. Thank you all for the quality of all of your services and your thoughtfulness throughout my stay.

Beautiful clean room. Staff were delightful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious (had both Sri Lankan and non Sri Lankan options). A bit out of town but we thought absolutely worth it. Would stay again. Loved it and didn't want to leave!

It is in a very peaceful and serene area with great views. My room was well equipped and comfortable. The whole property was welcoming.

My daughter had a very pleasant one-night stay at this property. The environment was calm and peaceful, with a beautiful paddy field view that made the stay very relaxing. She was very happy to be their first guest. The room was clean and well maintained, and having an attached bathroom added extra comfort and privacy. The space felt safe, quiet, and suitable for a comfortable overnight stay. As this is a girls-only accommodation, it provides a strong sense of privacy and security for female guests, which makes the stay even more comfortable and reassuring. The host was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was good value for money, especially for a short stay in the Malabe area. She also believes that reservations like this are helpful in supporting and encouraging small property owners, and she is happy to contribute in that way. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, secure, and comfortable stay, and my daughter would consider staying here again in the future.

The hosts, Dinesh and Anne, were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we stepped in until our departure. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities, including the minibar. The view from the terrace was outstanding. We really loved our stay. Highly recommended.

Location is very nice. Nice place with a big garden. Very close to the Immigration office & Diyatha Uyana Park. Friendly and helpful staff. Room & Bathroom very clean. Value for money in the Colombo.
