One of the best memories I’ve had in Japan. The place was super nice and cozy it felt just like home. The people running this place were very wholesome and helpful. The place is spotless clean. The breakfast was very delicious. A great getaway to relax and escape the city. My only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely be visiting again. 1000/10

If I could give Kizuna Lodge a higher score I would, it's an absolute gem of a place run by the most lovely people. It was perfect for our large family group, great common areas and the location is great. Short walk to town, with a beautiful tree filled setting. Excellent value too. Highly, highly recommended.

Mary and Alex were great managers. They had great recommendations for local eateries and were very knowledgeable about the resorts. I had every need met and even when I needed to check out expeditiously it was done so! Thank you, Mary and Alex, for being amazing hosts at Panketo!

Perfect place if you want to escape from city life. Clean, quiet and warm. Our pets was very happy having so big space for them inside and a little garden outside! We came in begging of January. The owner made sure we will feel warm inside the house putting gas and electric heaters in all rooms, including bathroom and toilet ( that is very rare for this kind of traditional Japanese house).

Very helpful owners, who picked me up from the train station and dropped.me off again. Great location to get to Hakuba 47 ( the seventh heaven bus stop is out front). Very nice cosy cabin in the woods vibe, with a 7/11 and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend

Convenient location in Echoland, walking distance to convenience store, restaurants and the shuttle bus. Private bathroom, heated floors, washing machine and dryer (free to use but pay for detergent via vending machine inside property), drying room, separate ski/snowboard boots storage, microwave in shared lounge area. Everyone kept to themselves, but we liked how the other guests seemed to all be locals.

Great location, Alpine Wind is close to Echo Land, bus stops and the supermarket. There are heaps of cafes and restaurants close by, and even central Hakuba is only a 15-20 minute walk away. The private onsen was absolutely amazing! Rooms were clean and tidy, the daily breakfast was great. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about the area and facilities and always able to give tips or advice. We had a great week and will definitely be back.

Great friendly hosts. Has a nice cabin style, personal feel to it. Short walk through lovely forrest to the ski field Goryu/47. Nice menu for who wants to dine-in. Otherwise there a couple of dinner alternatives within short walking distance. Loved it that Santana is located in a forrest setting and that it is quiet and private.

Nao and Miyuki and the rest of the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and the perfect start to the day. Private onsen was fantastic! Easy walking distance to the main street of Echoland but not too close so it was nice and quiet at night, and also super close to two different shuttle bus stops for easy access to various ski resorts.

The house itself is very quaint and clean with many small nice personal touches. The meals also were western but very delicious with huge portions (you must try the bread)! The owner was also friendly and tried his best to communicate with us even though he didn’t speak much English as I think they get more Japanese clients. Tip: they sell discounted lift tickets that’s a lot cheaper than buying on the slope. Unfortunately we only saw this after buying our tickets :(
