I have stayed here a few times now and I love how clean and tidy the rooms always are. You can smell that they have been cleaned right before you arrive. The sheets and towels are always crisp and clean, the bathroom is spotless. I also enjoy having a nice quiet balcony to myself, and a little kitchenette with a fridge, kettle and free coffee, tea and milk. I always love coming here for a night away, everyone is so quiet and polite that I never even hear the neighbors.

The A/C was wonderful in the room and I felt comfortable out in the common areas as well. Full kitchen to make a home cooked meal. The room was spacious and so was the house. I was by myself this time but I fully enjoyed my stay and know I would even book this place again with my partner.

Not sure about breakfast as there was no breakfast on offer. The accommodation was perfect for two senior friends. Everything you could want was provided in the kitchen and bedrooms and a plus was the outdoor garden eating area. 9/10
