Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff on the receptionist, they were fantastic, going out of her way to help us and give advice.

Great view from the terrace overlooking the old Village, Eze sur mer and the cap. Also, the apartment has everything you need incl. a fully functioning kitchen and a washer. Parking is a big plus.

Perfect location within walking distance of Eze village and equidistant 20 minute drive to Nice or Monte Carlo.There are Michelin Star restaurants in every direction within 15 miles. The people of Eze are NOT Parisians and are warm and friendly. Excellent modern and clean apartment with state of the art amenities and a gorgeous view of the sea. .Meticulously maintained and cleaned. Parking is a private space on private lot. Security is layered with fob and code required. .

Everything. This place is a dream and just a few minutes walk to the village

The villa is incredibly premium, every detail has been well thought through. The finish is exceptional, including the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen facilities. The view is incredible and our host was super helpful (restaurant recomendations, helped with taxis, wine, booking a home chef - truly remarkable service)

The view was pretty and the location near Monaco was okay. You need a method of transport though. Ubers don’t go there.

Such a BEAUTIFUL location in a quiet city surrounded by mountains, perfectly nuzzled between Nice + Èze. The couple who own the property are some of the nicest people in France I have meet. They made lovely personal connections with each of the guests. The room was splendid, with Netflix provided, and you can lock the door ti ensure privacy while other guests are staying in another room connected by the central living space. Amazing water quality, bountiful access to teas + coffee, and seriously was a joy to return there each night for relaxing sleep. If I come back to France another year, I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Grace :)

It’s hard to say which was more incredible, the property or the host!! The property was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, and perfectly located. Sylvie was extremely helpful and friendly. It was an absolute joy to meet her and she set us up with all the information we could have possibly needed for our short stay. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Brand new, well equipped, beautiful view from the window

The room was comfortable and aesthetic with nice amenities in a beautiful property/location. Lula was very sweet and welcoming to us every day.

This is a beautiful apartment with calm quest nature surroundings. Vytas - the owner explained everything when I arrived and also proposed late checkout was nice. You can see beautiful sunrise in the morning and having a cup of coffee at terrace was nice. Also I locked out from the apartment when I was putting the luggage into the car- I was kinda panicked but the cleaning lady and man helped me to open the door with their spare key, immediately contacted with Vytas. I appreciate all of you and apologize my careless behavior 🙏. Overall it was nice cozy stay outside of busy city !

Phenomenal view, private floor to ourselves. Clean room, very gracious host.

The place is absolutely wonderful and unique. The view is gorgeous. The size of the little appartment is fine for two. There were a "bienvenue gift" bottle of water and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Car is in a closed parking with remote control for the large door. The place is super quiet.

Location, everything is well maintained and close to supermarket, restaurants, beach and town such as Monaco

Big space, well equipped, great location

The rooftop is so relaxing! We enjoyed using the hot tub after long days of exploring the towns. The Villa is extremely clean and the host’s Uncle was so kind and helpful during our stay!!

Everything! It was so quaint and charming and very comfortable. Fred showed us every detail including the amazing rooftop with the billion dollar view! We loved it!

We loved being in the middle of the old village. Our view was spectacular. The patio was spacious. I am happy the owners share their wonderful place full of antiques and original art.
