We loved the place : very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quiet locat[, in the vineyard, the possibility to use the kitchen, the refreshing pool, the shared living room. Very relaxing stay! Yummy breakfast!

The house and setting are amazing, overlooking the hills and vineyards of St Emilion! So beautiful, peaceful and serene. The villa was beautifully decorated, very clean and immaculate. Our family truly enjoyed the pool and yard with it's many sitting and entertainment areas. The villa is located right on the edge of town and we enjoyed our short (few minute) walk to the Boulangerie every morning. The vila is equipped with everything you need, and so much more! Thank you to our host for making our stay in St. Emilion so memorable! A true 5-star experience!

We felt really welcome from start to end of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you're travelling by car remeber to talk to the staff in advance of arriving, as they have a own parking lot a short distance from the hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated and the rooms are simply perfect. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to enjoy dinner at the restaurant but breakfast was really good. A great experience all in all!!

Cliff notes: just book it. This place was amazing. One of the nights we had the entire place to ourselves since the few other rooms were not booked by chance. Imagine arriving home at night during sunset to find your own private chateau…It is minutes from St. Emilion, minutes from Pomeral, and it was a breeze to get to other appellations as well due to easy access to main roads. It is also far enough away that there is no tourist traffic. You’re truly in the vineyards on your own. It is a working vineyard with active tours, and we still felt secluded and private. The staff also arranged for a private tour and tasting, it was personable and informative. The wine is amazing if you enjoy St. Emillion style wines. There are no negatives about this place for us. If you prefer a place with hotel-like amenities, restaurant, bar, etc. this may not be for you since there are none here. If you want a TV in your room, they don’t have one, but if that’s a deal breaker I can’t help you there. However, they offer a breakfast and dinner option if you plan ahead. Overall 12/10.

Breakfast was very nice, the made to order eggs were a nice touch. Wonderful common space, beautifully decorated grand old house with an exceptional out-door area in the middle of town, a private oasis. Wonderfully attentive hosts, husband and wife, Corrine & Laurent were the consummate hosts making us feel very much at home. Highly recommend.

Very nice boutique hotel in central Saint Emilion. Rooms are charming and comfortable, each one with a unique style. Everything is a short walk away. Good value, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very comfortable room

Everything. The warm reception at the Wine Boutique. The easy access to the rooms. Parking spaces (paid) just a few steps away. We were three travelers and were put in the rooms next to each other on the ground floor. Only a few steps on the staircase which makes life easy. There is no breakfast service but coffee and brewer were provided in the room. One can just fetch croissants from the nearly bakery and enjoy breakfast in the room. The room was large and very well equipped. There is light from two street windows, but it stayed quiet at night except for some talking and walking of late diners which was very much ok. Great wifi connection. Superbly equipped bathroom. Nice sofa and seating area. Host really thought very well of guest's comfort.

Great location with easy access to all of Ste. Emilion. Room was spacious and comfortable and continental breakfast generous and delicious. Beatrice, the on site manager, was a delight, very informative, and a delight to interact with.

Communication with the host was excellent; cute, clean compact apartment in a great location! And we could store our luggage ahead of check in.

The location can’t be beat and the view from our room was beautiful! The on site parking is a big plus.

I visited with my parents and received a really warm welcome, with lots of tips of where to eat and info about the town. The rooms are charming and the hotel is perfectly located. Thank you, we hope to come back!

Property was beautifully presented, had many different seating areas and had everything you could need. I couldn’t fault it at all! Nita was so helpful and responsive giving us requests and helping organise things as we needed them. I would love to return and couldn’t recommend this more! The most beautiful house

Location is perfect for exploring Saint-Émilion, so easy to pop in at any time. Bed was deliciously big and comfortable, and the room was very clean and well decorated. We appreciated having a Nespresso machine, plenty of pods, and fresh water readily available. At night, it was incredibly quiet, and with the shutters closed, perfect for sleep. Highly recommend.

The property had free car parking. Although it was a little way out of Saint Emilion that suited us. By car it is a 7 minute car ride. Having parking was fantastic. It was nice to be in the middle of vineyards and quiet.

The room was very spacious for a couple to enjoy a quiet stay in the center of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and simply decorated with thoughtful details of french charm. The staff was very friendly and always so helpful. I absolutely loved staying at La Maison du Clocher!

We had an amazing stay in St Emilion! The apartment is perfectly located in the center of the town, walking distance to everything you could need. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and perfect for a break away! Highly recommend.

Everything! Location in amongst the vineyards, delightful! Facilities fantastic. Hassane was the perfect host, very welcoming and accommodating. Cooked us a delicious Moroccan dinner. Close to St Emilion, beautiful walk. A gem of a place!
