Good location away from the crowded Monomvasia, yet few min away by car. Great host and good near by restaurant, gas station and a bakery/ cafe.

very friendly hist. they all had always a smile on them. very helpful. everyday they cleaned the apartment, which we didn't expect. the apartment was comfy, spacey, very clean and with a magnificent view to the sea

A great place for families to relax! Rooms are spacious and clean with all necessaries at hand. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the owners homemade breakfast every morning :)

First of all I just want to say thank you for the lovely experience and I hope to be back asap! It was my first time to Greece, and I drove around the Peloponnese- and Manifesto was certainly a highlight. The hosts and cleaning people are fantastic and really I loved it. they leave you bread, coffee, tea, local produce, etc., enough to make a breakfast and snacks. There is a full fridge, freezer, and a mini-kitchen so you can easily cook (lots of dishes and kitchenware provided). The pool is salt water filter and it shows, it is fresh and clean, smells and looks and feels great! The drying rack for swimsuits outside is great and convenient. The driveway is gravel (good you can hear people coming) and goes from the road through an olive orchard to the property, we never encountered anyone coming the opposite way and the distance from the road made the view that much better. Parking is right next to each unit/below the pool. Speaking of the view, you can see the castle, ocean, olive trees, hills, it is fantastic truly. There are 4? other units, each has its own private pool and area, there are special shutters on the windows, so you can have total privacy if you need that. I greatly enjoyed the little house, and the couch, bed, bathroom everything was spotless. They clean daily (I usually reject the daily cleaning in the usa, but here, they actually clean up everything and give new towels and dishes etc, so it was honestly so lovely). I truly wish this level of cleanliness was everywhere, if this was near me at all, I would stay here all the time, and I plan to stay here again whenever I get to go to Greece. BTW, Momenvasia is great, way cooler than I imaged. You have to give yourself time for all the ocean and pool swimming, plus the castle area day and night. I would absolutely recommend more than 3 days, there are fantastic restaurants, food isn't a problem (there is even a bakery and shop nearby, plus the little town and castle area restaurants)! Loved it!

The house was located in a quiet place really near Monemvasia. The garden was big and really peacefull. The kids enjoyed the house specially the garden and the pool. It's also great to have 3 bathrooms. Owners were flexible for departure and arrival time. There was enough space to Park our 3 cars.

The breakfast offered a great variety and was much appreciated. Great way to start the day! Perhaps our favorite thing about this hotel was the location! Great spot, stunning views, across from access to swimming with a pier and ladder, first stop when you cross the bridge and literally next to the Old Town!! Highly recommend staying here!

Very nice and unique room in charming Monemvasia. The hosts are very nice people and were always there for us for everything.We really enjoyed every moment there.

Excellent stay opposite beach. Clean room with sea view. Wonderful host Eleni made it even better and easy access to all parts in Monemvasia.

Location and view was absolutely fantastic!! We were a group of 11 guest taking up 6 balcony rooms. We were only there for a single night. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating with our large group. Room, beds, and showers were very comfortable. The location was close to everything. I highly recommend this place to any guest.

The view from the patio in this apartment is amazing. The sunset and sunrise both.  The apartment is spacious and well, equipped well equipped.

- The house was big and confortable. - The heating of the whole house worked perfectly - The reception was amazing and very kind (They even gave us a New Year's cake and a bottle of vine to celebrate the New Year).

Located conveniently close to the old town, and with a beautiful view of the giant Monemvasia rock and the ocean. Very easy to access and has a good and secure parking area. The room was clean and relatively well equipped for a studio apartment. The lady at the front desk is nice and made extra effort to accommodate our late arrival. We spent two full days exploring the Monemvasia old town and the upper town (on the top of the rock) and were always very happy to return to the apartment after a long day of hiking and exploring. Also free 24 hour coffee and bottles of water was very nice.

We felt like we were staying with family. Hosts Theofanni and Christos were very helpful and informative and their passion for the preservation of the Montemvasia history and heritage was wonderful. Downstairs is a library and art gallery which was very interesting and added to the uniqueness of the property. Breakfast was served on outdoor balcony. (Extra charge supplied by nearby cafe) was substantial with the best homemade spanakopita, Greek yoghurt and honey and omelette. The hotel is very stylishly decorated. Adults only policy makes for a serene stay. Very good communication from hosts about how to get there and heads up about the rocky undulating nature of the walkways plus many steps. You wouldn’t want to be dragging heavy luggage from car into castle compound and to hotel so it was good they informed us at time of booking.

If you expect 5 star hotel that is not it, but if you want to spend time in medieval house, in 1400 + years castle city with the great view on the see and protective wall go for it. The vibe is definitely there.
