Vacation Rentals in Nea Peramos

Spotless room, great hospitality by the owners. A baby crib was provided for free on request; was clean and comfortable for the baby.

All the apartments were brand new and very well kept. The pool was clean, big and lit until 1am. Beautiful location and very close to town, restaurants and beaches.

Exactly as in the pictures. Everything is clean, looks good. The staff is friendly and the location is great

Overall it was a great experience suit was new very nicely decorated.Owner was very kind and attentive. She prepared the suit very thoroughly and thoughtful. We will definitely stay again.

The hosts were very straight-to-the-point and don't get in your way at all. The common rooms in the apartments are spacious, as are the balconies. The bedrooms are small, but it's fine. There's plenty of kitchenware and there's two barbecues outside, so we were able to cook for ourselves for the majority of our meals there. People from the other apartments were almost exclusively Bulgarian families with children.

The property has good location, its close to the main street with the all restaurants, shops and the beach. The apartment was clean and very cozy, the host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend and defiantly will come back.

Great location, friendly and professional staff, nice pool, comfortable queen bed, continental breakfast on rooftop. Free parking on the street or big open city parking 2 minutes away on foot.

Great hospitality and perfect location!

We had an apartment with a living room, kitchenette and a large balcony at the entrance. We were able to park right next to the house. Warm and friendly owner, very close to the beach.

The room is extra clean. The bed is very comfortable for sleeping. We were on the ground floor in July, temperature outside was around 36 C every day and we didn't need to turn on air-conditioning at all, room temperature was comfortable for sleeping.

It was great experience! Everything was more than what we expected! Real luxury place with amazing breakfast! We want to come back there any time soon!

The place is new, very clean and at the center of Nea Peramos. Everything is withing walking distance. There is a decent beach right across the road, although you need to take your own sunbeds or sit at one of the cafe/restaurants.

Nice flat, kind hosts, close to the seaside. We are happy 🙂

Breakfast was fantastic! Family of cats was superb! Nicest host I've had. 100% would stay again.
