Vacation Rentals in Vodnjan

Great property, great host, highly recommend. Brand new, nice pool and yard.

Since the very beginning of the stay Lauro and his father were helpful and generous, they recommended us restaurants and gave us fruit from the garden, we arrived early and they immediately showed us the property, we suggest to ask them for tips on excursions and what to do while in Fazana. We never had issues communicating in English or Italian. The house is the perfect size for two people and an animal, they have an amazing dog and cat that are friendly and don’t cause any issues to other animals (we have a cat and was never bothered). The beach / town center are in a walking distance, around 10 minutes. We hope to see them again next year!

Stayed in the studio apartment for one night as I attended a concert in Pula. Super friendly and warm hosts (and cute puppies!). Quiet, comfortable, clean.

The apartment is well equipped, very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts were great, too. Guests are free to use the beautiful garden, terrace, and private parking within the property walls. The location is quiet, but also near the main road, so it's convenient if you travel by car. There is also a big public parking nearby that was free of charge at the time I visited (in may). Public transportation stations (bus and train) are a couple of minutes far by foot.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a few hundred meters away from the center of Vodnjan. We loved the views from our room, and the garden. The property is clean and well maintained. Owners are easy to connect with. Overall atmosphere was relaxed.

Property is in a quiet surrounding, well maintained as it is described. It is clean, well equipped and with AC. Everything worked properly and was truly good. It's very close to the several nearby beaches which can be reached by car. All beach parkings are free of charge.
