A great place for a family holiday. 1 minute walk to the beach. No noise, no drunk or noisy guests, no cars entering the territory, just like at your own dacha. No mosquitoes or flies. The rooms, bed, and bathroom are very clean. A very good hostess, always ready to help. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning. A great veranda for breakfast or evening tea. Playground for children. Car parking is also in 1 minute walk from camping.

Simply the best. Helpful owners who speak English. Beautifully appointed rooms. Clean comfortable. Loved the fruit bowl and the coffee machine. The Pizza in their restaurant was fantastic. Better is not possible.

The house was very nice and clean, we loved sitting outside on the patio.Very close to the private sandy beach, we even got our own umbrella and deckchairs.We really enjoyed our stay and come back in the future.

Newly renovated boutique hotel - quaint and cute. Rooms were decent size with a big bathroom and new fixtures. Breakfast was good but has limited selection. It was located along the lagoon with a bicycle and walking path that leads to the old town of Chioggia. Georgia and Stefan’s were excellent hosts.

Unbelievably close to Main Street and a plethora of cafes and sights. There are 5 flights and 4 floors to get to room with narrow steps with no elevator so just be informed. The rooms are lovely. We had 2, 402 and 201. 402 was more spacious and could , if needed, accommodate an additional cot. Piccolo Venezia pays attention to detail! If you’re staying in Chioggia, it’s a great place. It was a pre cruise stay for us. Even though the ship is less than a mile away, it was better to book a taxi. (Airline broke a wheel off my luggage!) Suzanna took care of this for us and made sure the taxi driver found us! ( narrow alleys often don’t permit large vehicles to fit!)

The bed and breakfast was located in the center of Chioggia, we were provided parking that was very convenient, given that access to the center of Chioggia has narrow streets, its a historic center afterall. The room was quiet, the breakfast perfect for our needs and the hosts very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent accommodation: comfortable, well-equipped, clean. The host was splendidly welcoming and prepared an excellent breakfast. I hope to go back.

The apartment is well furnished, very clean and has a fantastic view. Guests get a private parking place across the street, which is essential if you arrive by car. The host was also very nice and helpful.

The rooms are just as astounding as they are in the pictures! The aesthetic, ambience and cleanliness is wonderful. The house looks freshly renovated, it looks and feels amazingly comfortable. The owner was so nice and even gave us a free upgrade to the green room as a honeymoon gift! We will come back again, it was a wonderful stay :)

The place is immaculately clean and very quiet. When leaving I happened to forget my sandals and the staff rushed over to let me back in. The B&B was within 5 minutes to walk to the cruise ship we were boarding. We had a very long flight and the staff allowed to delay our check out time to allow as to get more sleep and see Chiaggio prior to boarding our ship. A great place to start our trip!

Our host, Mirco,was terrific. He exceeded our expectations. He picked us up at Marco Polo Airport, provided recommendations for restaurants, bars & sightseeing. We had only 1 night as we were boarding a Viking Cruise. You could see the ship from our bedroom window. Comfortable bed, clean & beautiful private bathroom. Highly recommend for your visit to Chioggia…Little Venice! btw, breakfast was very good too.

Excellent property right in the center of town. The rooms were tastefully decorated and easy to access. The owners were very communicative, gave local recommendations before our stay began, and made sure we had what we needed. Our room had a large table where we could have breakfast or play games. The beds were comfortable and everything was well decorated with modern updates but still had an Italian feel. Wonderful stay overall!
