Nice location for visiting Venice. Great pool. Friendly staff and not overly crowded. We rented a "mobile home". The Stove, AC and fridge worked great for our stay. Only one washing machine though so you may need to wait in line.

Wonderful staff, wonderful breakfast, friendly waitresses, everything is incredibly clean! Lovely porch in front of the bungalow. The connection to the city is excellent.

Location: near Marco Polo International Airport and near bus stop to Venice. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Will stay again.

Everything. They offer very good value for money, the camping is lovely situated in a park. Great location near stores, near the sea.

The location was great, less than a 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was extremely spacious. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional! The apartment exudes charm, with its beautifully curated decor and thoughtfully designed spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one could need, making it effortless to prepare meals. Its prime location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from delightful restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, and the convenient Vaporetto terminal, allowing for seamless exploration of the city. Giulia, who manages the rental apartments, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked, she reached out well in advance to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of, even arranging smooth and stress-free airport transfers. Her warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made our experience all the more enjoyable, as she was readily available to assist with any questions throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this stunning apartment and its wonderful surroundings. Given the chance, I would return in a heartbeat!

It was a beautiful spacious apartment with a great balcony. Everything was perfect from the variety of cooking utensils in the kitchen to the comfortable beds in the bedroom. We loved the location near the beach, above the grocery store and restaurant, and near the ferries to venice. It was excellent! We would stay again!

Location! Location! Location! Although it is a bit challenging getting to the property (only because of the confusing ferry system in Venice) the second you arrive you are greeted with the secluded serenity of this very special area on the Venetian Lagoon. The grounds of the property are immaculately kept and open to the public which made it feel inviting and warm, yet sophisticated. We booked the tour and wine tasting which we were late for by about half an hour because of the difficulty navigating the ferry system. The staff at Venissa were very accommodating and waited for us to arrive to begin the tour (which I highly recommend).

The location of the property is perfect. The Hotel/restaurant sit on a lagoon with mirror like water. The sound of the water was very soothing. The view was captivating. we could not get enough of it. Sunsets and sun risings were ever changing and so beautiful, making our breakfast a very relaxing, enjoyable experience. Morning breakfast was delicious with many varieties of food making it a very balance and healthy meal. In addition, having the Marina & ferry next to our hotel made it easier for us to visit the main Venise Island. I would advise to purchase a daily pass. You will have the choice of two boat company with $7 dollars different ($18; $25). Some of the boat line run until 3 Am from Venise to Treporti. For those without rental car, you can come to Venise by train or plan and then use bicycles, or Taxi boat to move through Venise main island or the surrounding ones.

The location is amazing and the rooms are very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend Foresteria Levi for a stay in Venice!

We appreciated that the reception desk was open 7/24, it is really very convenient point especially when the flight is at night. The building itself was very interesting :) . Very clean room, very clean and spacious toilet/bathroom! Everything worked nice especially shower and hot water. Good breakfast! Good value as well. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, very close to all relevant attractions. Next to the appartments, there is hood food to kick off your day. The appartment was well equiped, very warm, and yhe stuff very friendly and kept it perfect clean durring our full visit.

Great location, close to everything thing. It‘s right next to the Grand Canal and water bus stop. It’s a nice design and we felt very well looked after.

Location is great in the Accademia area, not too far from the tronchetto, but far enough to be quiet. Very easy to access different parts of Venice. The staff was super helpful when I forgot how to enter the building with the key after hours, so that was fine. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety for Italy, so totally worth the extra cost, since outside the hotel it is more expensive. The size of the room was enormous for Venice, enough for a couple or a family with a small child, so I'll note that in the future!

Very nice place, had a great atmosphere, was very clean, great bathroom. Got into Venice late and there self check in process was super easy and convenient and the staff was also super friendly and helpful.

This place was absolutely amazing. Peaceful, romantic, and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed here for our anniversary, and the hosts made it feel truly special. They prepared the room with heart-shaped balloons, and in the evening we received kombucha with glasses and snacks — such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise. What I did not know when booking was that at the end of the property there is also a shared garden/courtyard area with a beautiful view over the Venice sea canal. You can sit there for breakfast or simply relax while watching the water and the boats passing by. Such a charming and authentic detail! And probably the best part: this island itself feels like a hidden escape from the tourist crowds and noise of Venice. Coming back here after the busy city felt peaceful, intimate, and almost unreal.

The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The room was comfortable and we loved the individual room dedicated to different musicians, as well as the traditional Venetian decor. The bed was comfy, lovely bathroom and loved having a little coffee machine in the room!
