The host was friendly and helpful, the apartment was super clean and comfortable. close to Todi and yet calm and quiet

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay so much that we extended it four more nights. Ugo and Agatha are so kind and available to answer questions. We had an apartment so we did not do the bed & breakfast but Agatha brought us some lovely cake one morning. yum. If you like peace and quiet - this place is for you. On the raining spring days we sat under the pergola and enjoyed a game of scrabble - listening to the birds and wind. You are walking distance to an amazing restaurant. The views from the property are beautiful and only a 15 minute from Todi.

It's a very new property so it's clean and functional. Our apartment was up 1 flight of steps. The owners are very keen to make sure your stay is comfortable and are contactable by phone. It's in a good location about 10 mins drive from Todi. It is set in a beautiful location with a view to Todi. There is a small supermarket nearby. Plenty of parking.

Very cleaned, big room, free and safe parking area, good internet speed, the staff provides a good support and the right breakfast. This place delivers the right cost and benefit. This place allowed us to have interaction with local people and had a breakfast in the same room/table that they use to have. Which is good because allowed us to have a local and real experience.

We needed a place to stay outside of Assisi and found this hidden gem at the last minute. The property is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with a large shower for Italy.

Castle is located within 1 hour of great towns to visit. Room is equipped with everything that you would need. The views from our third floor room were amazing!!

The whole place is charming, pretty, and very comfortable. The a/c was nice and strong which saved us during a heatwave, the bed was quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I appreciated the owner being so polite and accommodating as well. Definitely somewhere I'd stay at again visiting Collevalenza and Todi.

The building was beautifully renovated. The room was super clean, with modern facilities. Quiet and authentic neighborhood location. The manager Adriana was wonderful, as was her niece Manuela. They were super accommodating and helpful. A nice variety of continental breakfast items each morning.

Olivia was very nice and responsive to our questions and needs The fathom is lovely and location is perfect when you want to explore Umbria View around and from the apartment is just as of a dream. Definitely recommend for group of 4 We will return when next time in Umbria

Il Ghiottone Umbro was truly one of our favorite stays in Italy. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed — enjoying glasses of wine while gazing out over the incredible Umbrian views. The setting is absolutely breathtaking and feels like something out of a dream. And talking about dreams - we slept like babies - the beds are so cozy. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and it was some of the most amazing food during our stay. The grounds and rooms are lovely and every detail felt thoughtful. The location is also perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to easily walk into the beautiful town of Todi. Thomas and Elisabeth are such lovely hosts and made the experience feel warm, personal, and special. What a magnificent place to base yourself while exploring Umbria. We are already talking about a return someday soon. A truly special place.
