The owner is very accommodating. The place is nice and comfy. Internet is fast.

The host and all staff were excellent and very kind and receptive to all of our needs.

We loved Citadines. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also incredible and delicious. So much fruit and other variety. We actually got stuck here during a typhoon. The staff was professional and helpful. Honestly kudos to them for everything they do. Would definitely recommend to everyone and love to stay here again!

I just need a place to stay in Cebu. I found this place affordable. I cooked food, they have rice cooker and small kitchen. Aircon is great. For studio unit it is a split type aircon. Just what I need. Kitchen, Bed, Aircon and a Swimming pool. Thank you Sanremo for a nice staycation.

Spacious place. Clean and looks pretty new. TV with Netflix was available, which was very convenient. Almost fully equipped kitchen available. Overall good value.

I like how the host was very accommodating and responsive with our concerns before and during our stay. Host was very friendly and professional. And the accommodation was very comfortable.

Oh, I love the property! The cleanliness was superb! There are also kitchen utensils you can use which is handy! Walking distance through the SM MABOLO. My nieces enjoyed running back and forth in each room, also the outside was so clean! All in all, I would come back and stay!

Good location close to airport, have 711 in the door, room and shower are very good, high speed WiFi, it was perfect for one night in Cebu

Overall, we had a really positive experience during our stay. Our host was exceptionally accommodating, which made a huge difference. We especially appreciated the flexibility of being able to extend our visit if needed – that was very convenient! While the shower wasn't operational, it didn't detract significantly from an otherwise good stay. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

The view was very pretty. There was an oven and stove top perfectly working. The bathroom was clean no bugs.

Approachable and kind host. Clean property Unique coz they have small mini grocery no need to run over outside.

it exceeded my expectations!! its like you are in a home with complete facilities. if u are staying several days, this is definitely the place! plus the gaisano century mall & all other shops were just beside the hotel. variety of restaurants to choose from both inside & outside the mall & a very big supermarket. u can even cook in the hotel, they have everything u need in the kitchen & very big fridge! i did very early checkin at 7am & had to pay some amount but fair enough rather than waiting for many hours. we took a ship upon arrival & its around 15 mins without traffic from port to hotel. leaving for Mactan airport was just 30 mins from the hotel. last but not the least their staff especially ROWELL, very friendly & accomodating.

very accessible to the mall as well as public transportation. Owner is very approachable. If gusto mo mag early check in, pwedeng pwede as long as u will inform ahead of time. The room was clean and aircondition is working.

It is literally the best building to stay in all of Cebu city in terms of accessibility to transit, restaurants, malls, etc. And it has great Aircon/ High speed WiFi. The unit also had Netflix. Has a good view of the mountains as well.
