We had excellent communication with the host. They made sure that we were comfortable and that we didn't encounter issues when we were at the place. The unit was well maintained and very clean. If we are allowed to choose a unit on our next visit, we will definitely request for that same unit.

The place and location are perfect, especially after a long international travel. It’s close to airport, has everything around you you’ll need and it’s a comfortable place to stay no matter what your daily days activities have been. The host is very accessible and accommodating if needed.

All you need apartment! Big bed, tv with Netflix, nice bathroom and balcony. You have everything you need close by, and if you just want to chill one day they have restaurants down stairs.

Oh, I love the property! The cleanliness was superb! There are also kitchen utensils you can use which is handy! Walking distance through the SM MABOLO. My nieces enjoyed running back and forth in each room, also the outside was so clean! All in all, I would come back and stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at LaPlace Veranda. The ambiance is a breath of fresh air, refreshing and calming, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The room exceeded expectations for its price— cozy, comfortable and a true value for money. The food also in their restaurant offers a diverse menu of delicious international cuisine, I totally recommend!! They also have great cocktails, and their staff very accommodating. This is undeniably the place to be if you are craving a nature-inspired vibe without sacrificing the joys of good food, music, and drinks. True to its name LaPlace, it is def the place to be!!

The place was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches and amenities you provided; they truly made our stay special. The view from the balcony and bedroom was breathtaking, and we enjoyed spending our mornings there. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host. Love this villa it’s best villa I ever stay in Cebu city everything was amazing and very clean the staff was so kind the help us for food and transportation 10/10 I recommended for families and couples you will really enjoy your time.

In our opinion, this is the best place to stay in in Mactan Newtown. We have other condos in the same area and this one is the best. There were no issues with anything. High-speed Internet always worked and the owner was quick to respond. It’s located almost directly across from 711 which was convenient and a shorter walk to the private beach area.

The location is just 5 min. away from the airport. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The strong wifi connection saved me that day because I had to work online that night. Everything was provided and the host was responsive.
